Turkmenistan not to be deterred by the western sanctions against Iran', Turkmenistan's Foreign Minister, Rashid Moradov, reiterated this, at the end of his two days visit to Tehran.

According to Moradov, currently there are 148 Iranian enterprises in Turkmenistan which have 85 contracts and projects underway estimated at over 4.7 billion dollars. He expressed the need to increase trade with Iran especially in energy resources such as oil, gas and electricity and petrochemical materials.
