In this divine arena of self-edification you can express your humility before Allah the Merciful, carry out the responsibilities which have fallen on the shoulders of Muslims, show enthusiasm and dynamism in the affairs of the world and in your religious duties, offer mercy and forgiveness when you interact with Muslim brothers, demonstrate your courage and determination in the face of difficult events, become hopeful about divine assistance in all arenas and, finally, build your human character the way Muslims should. When you are ornamented with these precious resources and when you have benefitted from them, then you can offer yourselves as gifts to your country, your nation and the Islamic Ummah. Sin duda, agrega, hogaño asistimos al despertar islámico y búsqueda de la identidad musulmana, además de que, con solo mirar la situación de los países del oeste de Asia: Paquistán y Afganistán, o de Siria, Irak y Palestina, de los países del Golfo Pérsico y también de los países del norte de África, desde Libia, Egipto y Túnez a Sudán, entre otros, otras naciones, se revelan numerosas realidades. Las guerras civiles, los ofuscados prejuicios religiosos, la inestabilidad política, el fomento del terrorismo y de las atrocidades, el surgimiento de grupos y movimientos extremistas que, en remedo de las tribus salvajes de la antigüedad, arrancan el corazón de sus víctimas y lo devoran, los grupos armados que asesinan niños y mujeres, decapitan a los hombres y comenten violaciones, que incluso cometen asesinatos inmundos en nombre de la religión, esto y más nace de los planes satánicos e imperialistas de los servicios de inteligencia extranjeros y gobiernos cómplices en la región que, de hecho, los hacen posible en el seno de sus propios países, arruinando la vida del pueblo. Los gobiernos hegemónicos, encabezados por los Estados Unidos, hablan de los derechos de las naciones, pero los pueblos musulmanes acusan en carnes propias sus complots, ha aseverado el Líder Supremo. El mundo entero descubrirá la verdadera cara de los abanderados del sistema imperialista con solo observar lo que ocurre con el pueblo palestino, que sufre diariamente, desde hace decenas de años, los efectos de los asesinatos del régimen sionista y de sus aliados; o en países como Afganistán, Paquistán e Irak, víctimas del terrorismo que han propiciado las políticas imperialistas y sus aliados en la región; o en Siria, donde los imperialistas internacionales y sus adláteres en la zona han provocado una sangrienta guerra civil por el apoyo que este país brinda a la resistencia frente al sionismo; o en Baréin y Birmania, donde los musulmanes son oprimidos y sus enemigos disfrutan del apoyo de tales potencias, o en otros países, constantes blancos de las invasiones militares o de las sanciones económicas y sabotajes de inteligencia de los EEUU y sus aliados. پیام به كنگره عظیم حج حضرت آیت‌الله العظمی خامنه‌ای به مناسبت برگزاری كنگره‌ی عظیم حج پیامی صادر كردند. متن این پیام كه روز دوشنبه بیست و دوم آبان‌ماه ۱۳۹۲ توسط حجت‌الاسلام قاضی‌عسكر -نماينده ولی فقيه و سرپرست حجاج ایرانی- در مراسم برائت از مشركان در صحرای عرفات قرائت شد، به این شرح است: بسم اللّه الرّحمن الرّحیم والحمدللّه ربّ العالمین و الصّلاة والسّلام علی سیّدالانبیاء و المرسلین و علی آله الطّیّبین و صحبه المنتجبین فرا رسیدن موسم حج را باید عید بزرگ امّت اسلامی به شمار آورد. فرصت مغتنمی كه این روزهای گرانبها در همه‌ی سالها برای مسلمانان جهان پدید می‌آورد، كیمیای معجزه‌گری است كه اگر قدر آن شناخته و چنانكه شایسته است به كار گرفته شود، بسیاری از آسیبها و آسیب‌پذیری‌های دنیای اسلام، علاج خواهد شد. حج، چشمه‌ی جوشان فیض الهی است. یكایك شما حاجیان سعادتمند، اكنون این اقبال بلند را به دست آورده‌اید كه در این اعمال و مناسكِ آكنده از صفا و معنویّت، دل و جان را شستشویی بسزا داده، از این منبع رحمت و عزّت و قدرت، ذخیره‌ای برای همه‌ی عمر خویش بردارید. خشوع و تسلیم در برابر خدای رحیم، تعهّد به وظائفی كه بر دوش مسلمان نهاده شده است، نشاط و حركت و اقدام در كار دین و دنیا، رحم و گذشت در تعامل با برادران، جرأت و اعتماد به نفس در برابر حوادث دشوار، امید به كمك و دستگیری خداوند در همه جا و همه چیز،‌ و كوتاهِ سخن ساخت و پرداخت انسانی در طراز مسلمانی را در این عرصه‌ی الهیِ آموزش و پرورش، میتوانید برای خویش تدارك ببینید و خودِ آراسته به این زیورها و بهره‌یافته از این ذخیره‌ها را برای كشور خویش و ملّت خویش و در نهایت برای امّت اسلامی، سوغات برید. امّت اسلامی امروز بیش از هر چیز به انسانهایی نیاز دارد كه اندیشه و عمل را در كنار ایمان و صفا و اخلاص، و مقاومت در برابر دشمنان كینه‌ورز را در كنار خودسازی معنوی و روحی، فراهم سازند. این یگانه راه نجات جامعه‌ی بزرگ مسلمانان از گرفتاری‌هایی است كه یا آشكارا به دست دشمن و یا با سستیِ عزم و ایمان و بصیرت، از زمانهای دور در آنها فروافتاده است. بی‌شك دوران كنونی، دوران بیداری و هویّت‌یابی مسلمانان است؛ این حقیقت را از خلال چالشهایی كه كشورهای مسلمان با آن روبه‌رو شده‌اند نیز بروشنی میتوان دریافت. درست در همین شرایط است كه عزم و اراده‌ی متّكی به ایمان و توكّل و بصیرت و تدبیر، میتواند ملّتهای مسلمان را در این چالشها به پیروزی و سرافرازی برساند و عزّت و كرامت را در سرنوشت آنان رقم زند. جبهه‌ی مقابل كه بیداری و عزّت مسلمانان را بر نمیتابد، با همه‌ی توان به میدان آمده و از همه‌ی ابزارهای امنیّتی، روانی، نظامی، اقتصادی و تبلیغاتی برای انفعال و سركوب مسلمانان و به خود مشغول ساختنِ آنان بهره میگیرد. نگاهی به وضعیّت كشورهای غرب آسیا از پاكستان و افغانستان تا سوریّه و عراق و فلسطین و كشورهای خلیج فارس، و نیز كشورهای شمال آفریقا از لیبی و مصر و تونس تا سودان و برخی كشورهای دیگر، حقایق بسیاری را روشن میسازد. جنگهای داخلی؛ عصبیّت‌های كور دینی و مذهبی؛ بی‌ثباتی‌های سیاسی؛ رواج تروریسم قساوت‌آمیز؛ ظهور گروهها و جریانهای افراط‌گر كه به شیوه‌ی اقوام وحشی تاریخ، سینه‌ی انسانها را میشكافند و قلب آنان را با دندان میدرند؛ مسلّحینی كه كودكان و زنان را میكشند، مردان را سر میبرند و به نوامیس تجاوز میكنند، و حتّی در مواردی این جنایات شرم‌آور و مشمئزكننده را به نام و زیر پرچم دین مرتكب میشوند؛ همه و همه محصول نقشه‌ی شیطانی و استكباری سرویسهای امنیّتی بیگانگان و عوامل حكومتی همدست آنان در منطقه است كه در زمینه‌های مستعدّ داخلی كشورها امكان وقوع می‌یابد و روز ملّتها را سیاه و كام آنان را تلخ میكند. یقیناً در چنین اوضاع و احوالی نمیتوان انتظار داشت كه كشورهای مسلمان، خلأهای مادّی و معنوی خود را ترمیم كنند و به امنیّت و رفاه و پیشرفت علمی و اقتدار بین‌المللی كه بركات بیداری و هویّت‌یابی است، دست یابند. این اوضاع محنت‌بار، میتواند بیداری اسلامی را عقیم و آمادگی‌های روحی پدید آمده در دنیای اسلام را ضایع سازد و بار دیگر، سالهای دراز، ملّتهای مسلمان را به ركود و انزوا و انحطاط بكشاند و مسائل اساسی و مهمّ آنان همچون نجات فلسطین و نجات ملّتهای مسلمان از دست‌اندازی آمریكا و صهیونیسم را به دست فراموشی بسپارد. علاج بنیانی و اساسی را میتوان در دو جمله‌ی كلیدی خلاصه كرد كه هر دو از بارزترین درسهای حج است: اوّل: اتّحاد و برادری مسلمانان در زیر لوای توحید، و دوّم: شناخت دشمن و مقابله با نقشه‌ها و شیوه‌های او. تقویت روح اخوّت و همدلی، درس بزرگ حج است. در اینجا حتّی جدال و درشت‌گویی با دیگران ممنوع است. پوشش یكسان و اَعمال یكسان و حركات یكسان و رفتار مهربان در اینجا به معنی برابری و برادریِ همه‌ی آن كسانی است كه به این كانون توحید معتقد و دلبسته‌اند. این ردّ صریح اسلام بر هر فكر و عقیده و دعوتی است كه گروهی از مسلمانان و معتقدان به كعبه و توحید را از دائره‌ی اسلام بیرون بداند. عناصر تكفیری كه امروز بازیچه‌ی سیاست صهیونیست‌های غدّار و حامیان غربی آنان شده و دست به جنایتهای سهمگین میزنند و خون مسلمانان و بی‌گناهان را میریزند، و كسانی از مدّعیان دینداری و ملبّسین به لباس روحانیّت كه در آتش اختلافات شیعه و سنّی و امثال آن میدمند، بدانند كه نفس مراسم حج، باطل‌كننده‌ی مدّعای آنان است. شگفتا! كسانی كه مراسم برائت از مشركان را كه ریشه در عمل پیامبر اعظم صلّی‌اللّه علیه و آله و سلّم دارد، جدال ممنوع قلمداد میكنند، خود از مؤثّرترین دست‌اندركاران ایجاد منازعه‌های خونین میان مسلمانانند. اینجانب همچون بسیاری از علمای اسلام و دلسوزان امّت اسلامی بار دیگر اعلام میكنم كه هر گفته و عملی كه موجب برافروختن آتش اختلاف میان مسلمانان شود و نیز اهانت به مقدّسات هر یك از گروه‌های مسلمان یا تكفیر یكی از مذاهب اسلامی، خدمت به اردوگاه كفر و شرك و خیانت به اسلام و حرام شرعی است. شناخت دشمن و شیوه‌های او نیز دوّمین ركن است. اوّلاً وجود دشمن كین‌توز را نباید به دست غفلت و فراموشی سپرد و مراسم چندباره‌ی رمی جمرات در حج، نشانه‌ی نمادین این حضور ذهن همیشگی است. ثانیاً‌ در شناخت دشمن اصلی كه امروزه همان جبهه‌ی استكبار جهانی و شبكه‌ی جنایت‌كار صهیونیسم است، نباید دچار خطا شد. و ثالثاً‌ شیوه‌های این دشمن عنود را كه تفرقه‌افكنی میان مسلمانان، و ترویج فساد سیاسی و اخلاقی، و تهدید و تطمیع نخبگان، و فشار اقتصادی بر ملّتها، و ایجاد تردید در باورهای اسلامی است، باید بخوبی تشخیص داد و وابستگان و ایادیِ دانسته و نادانسته‌ی آنان را از این راه شناسایی كرد. دولتهای استكباری و پیشاپیش آنان آمریكا، به كمك ابزارهای رسانه‌ای فراگیر و پیشرفته، چهره‌ی واقعی خود را میپوشانند و با دعوی طرفداری از حقوق بشر و دموكراسی، رفتاری خدعه‌آمیز در برابر افكار عمومی ملّتها در پیش میگیرند. آنان در حالی دم از حقوق ملّتها میزنند كه ملّتهای مسلمان، هر روز بیشتر از گذشته، آتش فتنه‌های آنان را با جسم و جان خود لمس میكنند. یك نگاه به ملّت مظلوم فلسطین كه ده‌ها سال است روزانه زخمِ جنایات رژیم صهیونیستی و حامیانش را دریافت میكند؛ یا به كشورهای افغانستان و پاكستان و عراق كه تروریسمِ زاییده‌ی سیاستهای استكبار و ایادی منطقه‌ای آنان، زندگی را به كام ملّتهای آنان تلخ كرده است؛ یا به سوریّه كه به جرم پشتیبانی از جریان مقاومت ضدّ صهیونیستی، آماج كینه‌ی سلطه‌گران بین‌المللی و كارگزاران منطقه‌ای آنان شده و به جنگ خونین داخلی گرفتار آمده است؛ یا به بحرین یا به میانمار كه در هر یك به نحوی، مسلمانان محنت‌زده و مغفول، و دشمنانشان مورد حمایتند؛ یا به ملّتهای دیگری كه از سوی آمریكا و متّحدانش، پی‌درپی به تهاجم نظامی یا تحریم اقتصادی یا خرابكاری امنیّتی تهدید میشوند؛ میتواند چهره‌ی واقعی این سردمداران نظام سلطه را به همه نشان دهد. نخبگان سیاسی و فرهنگی و دینی در همه جای جهان اسلام باید خود را به افشای این حقایق، متعهّد بدانند. این وظیفه‌ی اخلاقی و دینی همه‌ی ما است. كشورهای شمال آفریقا كه متأسّفانه امروز در معرض اختلافات عمیق داخلی قرار گرفته‌اند، بیش از همه باید به این مسئولیّت عظیم، یعنی شناخت دشمن و شیوه‌ها و ترفندهایش توجّه كنند. ادامه‌ی اختلافات میان جریانهای ملّی و غفلت از خطر جنگ خانگی در این كشورها، خطر بزرگی است كه خسارت آن برای امّت اسلامی به این زودی‌ها جبران نخواهد شد. ما البتّه تردید نداریم كه ملّتهای به‌پاخاسته‌ی آن منطقه كه بیداری اسلامی را تجسّم بخشیدند، بإذن‌الله اجازه نخواهند داد كه عقربه‌ی زمان به عقب برگردد و دوران زمامداران فاسد و وابسته و دیكتاتور، تكرار شود، لیكن غفلت از نقش قدرتهای استكباری در فتنه‌انگیزی و دخالتهای ویرانگر، كار آنان را دشوار خواهد كرد و دوران عزّت و امنیّت و رفاه را سالها به عقب خواهد افكند. ما به توانایی ملّتها و قدرتی كه خداوند حكیم در عزم و ایمان و بصیرت توده‌های مردم قرار داده است، از اعماق دل باور داریم و آن را در بیش از سه دهه در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به چشم خود دیده و با همه‌ی وجود خود آزموده‌ایم؛ همّت ما، فراخوان همه‌ی ملّتهای مسلمان به این تجربه‌ی برادرانشان در این كشور سرافراز و خستگی‌ناپذیر است. از خداوند متعال صلاح حال مسلمانان و دفع كید دشمنان را خواستارم و حجّ مقبول و سلامت جسم و جان و ذخیره‌ی سرشار معنوی را برای همه‌ی شما حجّاج بیت‌الله مسألت میكنم. والسّلام علیكم و رحمة اللّه سیّد علی خامنه‌ای پنجم ذی‌الحجّه ۱۴۳۴ مصادف با ۱۹ مهرماه ۱۳۹۲
