Iran stands as the biggest threat against "old world order" and the US imperialist domination of the Middle East and all its resources, says an analyst.
In an interview with Press TV, online columnist Allen Roland says the United States controls NATO and the United Nations, which have embarked on a joint campaign against the Islamic Republic.
He induces from the conflicts in Bahrain and Libya, and the West's dual approach to the crackdown of civilian revolutionaries in these two countries, that the US seeks to stave Iran's opposition to imperialist tendencies in the region.

A 10 day drill in the Strait of Hormuz and the Gulf of Aden by Iran's navy.
The drill seeks to stretch Iran's naval presence through international waters, control and protect Iranian and foreign ships, counter piracy and terrorism, and improve the country's defense tactics. That according to the commanders of Iran's Basij and the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps.
Commander Jafari was addressing an inauguration ceremony to appoint Brigadier General Mohsen Kazemeini as the new commander of IRGC Division in Tehran.
Also speaking to Press TV, Iran's Basij Force Commander said the naval drill is the first of its kind, because it covers 2000 kilometers. He also said the war games pose no threat to Iran's Persian Gulf neighbors.
Some 40 percent of the world's oil supply passes through the strait of Hormuz. The commander of Basij Force dismissed Western claims that Iran plans to close the Strait of Hormuz during the military exercises.
Iran launched the massive naval exercise on Saturday. The Navy is expected to employ new classes of submarines, drones, ground-to-sea missiles and torpedoes during the ten-day maneuvers.

The Islamic Revolution Leader cautioned that the west and its puppet regimes were trying to make the revolutionary nations to perceive their revolutions were useless, adding however that unlike those western claims, the political and social situation on the ground has effectively changed due to the revolutions and that greater changes were forthcoming.
Ayatollah Khamenei described Egypt as a great country with an influential nation, adding that former corrupt rulers had stolen the Egyptian nation\\\\\\\'s dignity by turning it into a strategic treasure for the usurping Israel however today the treasure has been recovered from the Zionist usurpers.
Ayatollah Khamenei said the Mubarak regime was tasked to guarantee the Israeli security even at the cost of imprisoning one and a half million people in Gaza during the 22-day Israeli war on the besieged enclave however, today, with Mubarak ousted, the Zionist regime feels naked and goes upset.
The Islamic Revolution Leader said a military hue and cry made by the Zionist authorities against Iran actually exposed their empty hands and fearful state, adding that the regime\\\\\\\'s authorities are well aware that they are now more vulnerable than ever so that any inappropriate action on their part would lash back down on themselves like thunders.
Ayatollah Khamenei said the US and other western powers, as unconditional supporters of the Zionist regime were suffering much unfavorable conditions nowadays due to their economic and social problems, adding that the crisis has become more tangible after the falling from power of several pro-US governments across Europe as well as an ever increasing hatred on the part of nations against the US.
Ayatollah Khamenei cautioned that the west seeks to transfer its own crisis to Asia and Africa, adding that a major western method to transfer its problems was to incite sectarian and religious strife in the Middle Eastern and North African revolutionary countries with a view to develop a counter-movement from inside the very revolutions.
\\\\\\\"Today, Americans have embarked on inciting sectarian and religious conflicts in the revolutionary countries by using the British experiences in such fields; all the nations and their scholars, either Shii or Sunni, must be vigilant not to advance the enemy conspiracy,\\\\\\\" Ayatollah Khamenei urged.
Ayatollah Khamenei reaffirmed however that stability will be restored to the revolutionary countries, especially Egypt and that any dictator regimes will be uprooted from the region.
Ayatollah Khamenei deplored that amid these developments the Bahraini people were suffering double innocence. \\\\\\\"The Bahraini people are simply repressed by a despotic, dictator regime only because they wish to cherish the rudiments of democracy,\\\\\\\" the Islamic Revolution Leader said.
The Islamic Revolution Leader said that all the revolutionary nations would eventually fulfill their goals only if they avoid sectarian or religious conflicts

It\'s a display of fire power, defense and attack capabilities. This exercise, one of the biggest single-day drills in Alborz Province, is a chance for the Basij volunteer forces to show what\'s in their arsenal. Speaking before the drill, Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari said Iran\'s armed forces are fully ready to deter the enemy\'s provocations.
Speaking to Press TV, the commander of Basij division of Alborz Province said the annual drill seeks to prepare the forces to deal mentally and physically with the realities of combat.
The IRGC commander also said the drills are a way of reassuring the public that the country\'s armed forces, including the Basij, can defend them come what may.
The Basij is a volunteer force established in 1979 by the order of the late Imam Khomeini, the founder of Islamic Revolution. The force has millions of civilian volunteers across the nation.

NO TALKS with the USA under pressure - Leader: Syed Ali Khamenei - 7 Feb 2013 - English

The comments made by Iran\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Leader Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei are crystal-clear: No bilateral talks with the United States as long as Washington\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s words do not match its deeds. Ayatollah Khamenei made the comments just days after US Vice President Joe Biden said Washington was prepared to hold direct talks with Iran.
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has rejected any talks with the United States under pressure and threats.
“I am not a diplomat. I am a revolutionary and speak frankly, honestly, and firmly. An offer of talks makes sense only when the side [that makes the offer] shows its goodwill,” Ayatollah Khamenei said in a meeting with the officials and commanders of Iran Navy on Thursday.
“Negotiation is meaningful when the two sides talk with goodwill, under equal conditions and without seeking to deceive each other. Therefore, ‘negotiation for the sake of negotiation’, ‘tactical negotiation’ and negotiation offer in order to sell a superpower\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s gesture to the world is a deceptive move,” the Leader stated.
Ayatollah Khamenei also noted that during the past four years, nothing has been seen from the United States but continuation of conspiracies, abetting seditionists and supporting the terrorists which assassinated Iranian nation’s scientists.
“You (the Americans) point the gun at Iran and say either negotiations or we pull the trigger! You should know that pressure and negotiations do not go together, and the [Iranian] nation will not be intimidated by such things.”
Ayatollah Khamenei pointed to the remarks by American officials that ‘the ball is now in Iran\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s court,’ and noted, “The ball is in your court, because you should answer the question of whether speaking of negotiations at the same time as continuing pressure and threats makes any sense at all.”
The Leader pointed out, however, that, “We, of course, understand their (the Americans’) need for negotiations, because the Middle East policy of the Americans has failed, and in order to compensate for this failure, they need to play a trump card.”
Taking Iran to the negotiating table is the trump card that the US needs, Ayatollah Khamenei noted, adding that the US seeks to tell the world it has good will. “However, no one sees any goodwill.”
“Negotiation with the United States does not solve any problem because they have not fulfilled any of their promises in the past 60 years.”
Referring to the conspiracies by the enemies of the Iran including coups, military provocation, all-out support for the aggressor enemies, hard war, soft war, intensive pressure by the West’s evil media empire as well as harsh and increasing sanctions, Ayatollah Khamenei pointed out that for the past 30 years the enemies have tried to make Iranian nation disappointed at the Islamic Republic, but they have failed.
The Leader also stressed that the Iranian nation will castigate anybody who would renounce the national interests, sovereignty and progress of the country in order to satisfy the United States.
Speaking at the 49th annual Munich Security Conference in Germany on February 2, US Vice President Joe Biden said Washington was ready to hold direct talks with Iran over the country’s nuclear energy program.
The United States, the Israeli regime and some of their allies have repeatedly accused Iran of pursuing non-civilian objectives in its nuclear energy program.
Iran argues that as a signatory to the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and a member of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), it is entitled to develop and acquire nuclear technology for peaceful purposes.

he prospects of ending 12 years of pro-Taliban militancy through negotiations in Pakistan are dying down after a US drone attack killed Wali u Rehman Mehsud, the deputy chief of pro-Taliban militants controlling parts of the tribal region in the country\'s northwest.
In retaliation, the militants have said they will withdraw their earlier offer to hold talks with the incoming government of Muslim League- Nawaz Sharif. The pro-Taliban militants have slamed the government, in a reference to the country\'s military for conspiring to get their leader killed through a US drone strike.
Opposition parties are now mounting pressure on incoming Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to order Pakistan\'s Air Force, after taking the oath of office next week, to shoot down US assassination drones operating in the country\'s tribal areas. Sharif\'s party seeks to convene a meeting of other political parties to decide on a joint course of action on how to deal with Washington\'s continued violation of Pakistan\'s sovereignty.

Tehran, June 7th 2013. Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has warned against enemy plots to create divisions among Muslim nations to impede their progress.
\\\"Hegemonic powers intend to sow discord among Muslims in order to distract them from their main issues and making the necessary progress,\\\" Ayatollah Khamenei said in a meeting with Iranian officials, and ambassadors of Muslim countries in Tehran on Friday on the occasion of Mab\\\'ath - the anniversary of the appointment of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) to prophethood.
The most important duty of Muslim nations at this juncture is to remain vigilant and to know their roadmap and enemy plots in order to be able to take appropriate measures and avoid mistakes, Ayatollah Khamenei stressed.
\\\"The enemy\\\'s main scheme is to create rifts and conflict among Muslims. So, unity, solidarity, cooperation and rapport are the most pressing needs of the Muslim world.\\\"
The Leader said the enemy seeks to drive a wedge between Muslims to deflect their attention from their main enemies which are corrupt capitalism and the Zionist regime of Israel.
Ayatollah Khamenei added that sacrilegious acts against Islam and Islamophobia campaigns cannot have been orchestrated without the design and finance of superpowers and their intelligence services.

Speaking at a cabinet meeting, the president added that Iran seeks peace and stability in the Middle East, and that all nations will benefit from successful talks on Iran\'s nuclear program. He said differences over the nuclear program should be resolved through international regulations, adding that Tehran will NOT give up its nuclear rights or cross the red lines set by the Islamic Republic. Regarding the previous round of talks in Geneva, President Rouhani said the two sides had made progress, but unfortunately irrelevant expectations derailed the negotiations, leading to no agreement there.

President Hassan Rouhani has once again highlighted Iran\'s right to access peaceful nuclear energy, including uranium enrichment.
He made the comment at a ceremony in Tehran commemorating the national Student Day. Rouhani pointed to the recent agreement reached between Iran and the permanent members of the UN Security Council plus Germany in Geneva and said the deal struck a heavy blow to Zionism. The Iranian president also said his government will strive to tear down what he called the wall of unfair sanctions against the nation. Elsewhere in his speech, Rouhani said Iran seeks constructive and positive interactions with other countries. He also hailed Iran for its significant role in preventing a destructive war in Syria.

The US has begun withdrawing its troops in northern Syria, giving the green light for a Turkish operation against the Kurdish militia that it has been supporting in the past several years. Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said his country seeks to combat Kurdish fighters whom he described as “terrorists” and to establish “a safe zone” for Syrian refugees currently living in Turkey. Syria’s Kurdish militants accuse the US of stabbing them in the back, after Washington decided to abandon them in the face of an imminent Turkish invasion. The UN and the EU are concerned and have warned Ankara against military action in Syria.

[Clip] Recite “Chapter Hamd” in Prayer | AliReza Panahian Jan. 2020 Farsi Sub English

Recite \"Chapter Hamd” in Prayer!
A tradition says, “When a servant stands up to pray, if his desires and heart are with God (while praying) - meaning that he keeps his mind on this and finishes his prayer in that way - he will become pure like the day he was born from his mother.”
Recite “Chapter Hamd” in prayer. Is it possible to pray and not recite Chapter Hamd? It means recite Chapter Hamd in prayer with attentiveness. You’ll be reborn. “All praise belongs to God, Lord of the Universe, the Beneficent, the Merciful.” (Qur’an 1:1-2) Whenever I say “the Beneficent, the Merciful,” I think, “See. It said ‘the Beneficent, the Merciful’ a moment ago. Now, again it’s saying, ‘the Beneficent, the Merciful.’”
“In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful. All praise belongs to God, Lord of the Universe, the Beneficent, the Merciful.” God, You insist very much that I see Your Mercy. Why do You say, “Look at My Mercy” this much?”
“and Master of the Day of Judgment.” “The Beneficent, the Merciful (is the) Master of the Day of Judgment.” So, don’t be afraid. God, I’ve said, “The Beneficent, the Merciful (is the) Master of the Day of Judgment.” Now, will You punish me there? You Yourself said to say, ““The Beneficent, the Merciful (is the) Master of the Day of Judgment.”
“(Lord), You alone we do worship.” God says, “I only help the one who seeks assistance from Me.” “And from You alone we do seek assistance.” God says, “Ok, I have to help you since you said, ‘Only You.’”
“(Lord), guide us to … the path of those to whom You have granted blessings,” the path of Ali (‘a) to whom You have given so many blessings. “… those who are neither subject to Your anger...”
It is as if “Chapter Hamd” is reciting a eulogy. Similarly, when people who usually go to religious eulogies go to Hajj, they have a lot to say and they do the circumambulation beautifully. Especially when these people do the walking between “Safa” and “Marwah”, they really enjoy it. They walk where Hajar walked and read eulogies (in poems), “When did my Ali Asghar start talking?!” They say this as they walk and cry. Such people know what to say. Others don’t know what to say. Others say, “Which supplication should we recite now?”
But, these people read eulogies even when reciting Chapter Hamd. God has said this Himself in this chapter. “…those who are neither subject to Your anger…” Don’t take me on the path of the murderers of Imam Husayn with whom You are angry. Don’t take me on the path of those who slapped the face of Hazrat Fatimah Zahra (‘a). You hate them. Separate me from them.
This is the high point of the “Kumayl Supplication” too. The high point of the Kumayl Supplication is where it says, “Do You want to put me in the same place with Your enemies.” Even if I tolerate Your torment, how can I tolerate them?!
“…those who are neither subject to Your anger…” is the peak of the Kumayl Supplication. The supplication first moans because of the torment, then it says, “Fine. If I tolerate this, how can I tolerate that?”
I ask God that you can pray with attentiveness.

Nasrallah: Operation underway to revive Daesh, justify US role in Mideast
Lebanon’s Hezbollah resistance movement warns about an operation underway to revive Daesh’s presence in the Middle East in order to whip up an excuse for the United States’ continued presence in the region under the guise of fighting the Takfiri terrorist group.
“There exists an operation for revival of Daesh in Iraq and Syria and other areas. Daesh’s revival is aimed at justifying the American forces’ continued presence in the region,” said Hezbollah Secretary-General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah in a televised speech on Tuesday.
Nasrallah, therefore, urged caution and alertness against the plots targeting the region.
Nasrallah said the Takfiri group had managed to rear its head in some regional areas following the US’s assassination of Lieutenant General Qassem Soleimani, former commander of the Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), in Baghdad in January.
The US began leading a coalition of its allies in Iraq and Syria in 2014 following the emergence there of the terrorist outfit that Washington itself is widely accused of creating and supporting.
The coalition that featured scores of countries was, however, making suspiciously slow progress against the Takfiris.
Iraq and Syria eventually defeated Daesh in late 2017, with military advisory support under the auspices of General Soleimani proving indispensable to their victory.
The US-led coalition has, however, sustained its presence to date, despite Washington’s occasional claims that it seeks to withdraw its forces.
Elsewhere in his remarks, the Hezbollah chief addressed recent remarks to the United Nations Security Council by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about the alleged location where the resistance movement supposedly stores its missiles.
Nasrallah asserted that his movement did not store the projectiles in residential areas and invited all media outlets to inspect the location that has been singled out by the Israeli premier.
He, meanwhile, noted that the Israeli forces were on alert near Lebanon’s borders, fearing Hezbollah’s reprisal for Tel Aviv’s assassination of one of the movement’s members in Syria earlier in the year.
Nasrallah said this was the highest level of alert that the occupying regime was experiencing since 1948, when it began claiming existence.
Nasrallah addressed French President Emanuel Macron’s intervention in Lebanon’s politics since the huge ammonium nitrate explosion that killed at least 190 people in the capital Beirut’s port in August.
He pointed to the French head of state’s allegation against Tehran of intervention in Lebanon\'s internal affairs, saying, “Iran is not like France, and does not interfere in Lebanon’s affairs.”
The Hezbollah secretary-general also offered his condolences over the earlier demise of Kuwaiti Emir Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmad al-Sabah.
He hailed the late ruler’s efforts towards cessation of Lebanon’s 1975-1990 civil war, Kuwait City’s position under him during Israel’s 2006 war on Lebanon, and the emir’s efforts towards the country\'s reconstruction after the latter warfare.

This Du\'a is taught by Imam Sajjad (as) and is Du\'a #31 in Saheefa as sajjadiyyah. The du\'a is a touching plea by one who acknowledges the enormity of the sins he has committed. His hope lies only in the mercy and forgiveness of Allah.
Using Qur\'anic concepts of repentance, and its acceptance, Imam teaches us how to be sincere in seeking it. The Du\'a reiterates the conditions of repentance, the physical signs present on a true repenter, and the legitimate hopes given to one who truly seeks forgiveness. It is a beautifully elegant way of expressing the remorse and hope of a faithful believer who has sinned.
