Ing: 2 cups cooked rice (precooked with soy sauce) 1 to 2 cups boiled rice noodles 1 to 2 cups chicken (cut according to your preference) For the Veggies 2 tbsp of oil for frying the veggies 1/4 cup fresh ginger julienned 1/2 cup spring onions chopped 1 cup red bell pepper 1 cup yellow bell pepper 1 cup green bell pepper 1 cup cabbage (sliced thinly) 1 cup carrots (shredded) 2 cups bean sprouts 1 tbsp ginger and garlic 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp pepper flakes (optional) 1/4 tsp of cayenne (optional) salt to taste 2 to 3 whole dried red pepper 1 tsp sesame oil 4 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tsp sambal or hot sauce 8 to 10 pieces of garlic (cut in thin slices) 1/4 cup of oil 2 to 3 red peppers 1 tbsp chong onions Method: Prepare your rice and keep it aside, next prepare your pasta and keep it aside, then clean your chicken, cut it and set it aside. Prepare all the veggies and the ginger and the garlic, and keep all this aside. In a wok add the oil and let it get nice and hot then add the chicken fry for about 30 seconds and add the soy sauce, salt, red crushed pepper, ginger and garlic, black pepper and stir all this really well and let it cook for about 5 min next add the sambal and the ketchup, so you have a little gravy, make sure and do a taste test so it\'s tasty. Keep this aside in a different place and we will reuse the wok. In the same wok add the oil, once hot, add ginger, spring onions, all the 3 bell peppers, cabbage, and carrots as well as the black pepper, salt, and pinch of cayenne. Stir fry on high for about a minute and add the bean sprouts and sesame oil stir fry for another 30 seconds then add the rice noodles and mix all the ingredients together as well as another 2 tbsp of soy sauce. Keep aside if you want to layer the rice if not you can add the rice inside and mix it all up... Make sure and fry the fresh garlic in a 1/4 cup of oil, 1 tbsp chopped spring onions is optional, as well as the dried peppers, this oil can be put on the top of the dish or keep aside and leave on the side. For the layers, in a big plate or bowl add the rice, then add the veggie and pasta layer on top of the rice, now add the layer of the chicken and the gravy and this will be your third layer. Lastly drizzle some of the garlic oil on top and if you want to serve the extra on the side then reserve some otherwise add it all to the top of dish. This dish can also be garnished with more spring onions. To serve you can also make a dressing that consists of half and half so if you are mixing 4 tbsp ketchup add 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, as well as a hot sauce or sambal or even tabasco. Mix all this well and either serve it on the side or you can drizzle it on top of the dish! Enjoy!

According to GeoTV report, LAHORE: Two suicide attackers blew themselves up near security forces vehicles in R A Bazar area of South Cantt as crowds gathered for Friday prayers killing at least 39 people including five security personnel and injuring 95, Geo News reported. "Thirty-nine people were killed and 95 wounded in the attacks," Inspector General Police Punjab Tariq Salim Dogar told reporters after visiting the blast site. "We have collected concrete technical evidence, which will help identify the attackers. Both the attackers were on foot," he added. Five security men were dead and 15 injured in the attack, security sources said. "There were two suicide bombers who attacked two military vehicles within the space of 15 seconds," SSP Operations Mohammad Shafiq told Geo News. "The heads of both attackers have been found," he said. Rescue workers and paramedics rushed to the R A Bazaar, a densely populated area of the city. The area was crowded as the blasts occurred shortly before the main Friday prayers were to start. Emergency has been declared in city hospitals and injured were shifted to CMH and other hospitals. Security forces have cordoned off the area and traffic was blocked. Media was not allowed to go near the scene.

My cost (excluding vanilla and food colour) was about $35. Recipe: 36 oz white chocolate or candy melts (6 oz per colour) 24 oz of sweetened condensed milk (you will need two 14 oz cans, with bit left over. In my area of the world it is only available in 10 oz cans, so I used 2 and a bit of of a third can. 1 1/2 tsp flavouring (I used vanilla extract) Food colour (liquid or paste). Chop up the white chocolate into small pieces place them in a medium sized bowl and add 1/2 cup (125ml) of sweetened condensed milk. There are recipes online where you can learn how to make your own sweetened condensed milk if you don\'t have any in the stores where you live. Microwave on high for 50-60 seconds until chocolate is melted. Stir until smooth and add desired amount of food colour and 1/4 tsp of flavouring (I used vanilla extract) Line a large loaf pan with aluminum foil and pour the first layer into the bottom of the pan. Tap gently on counter top to spread mixture out and to remove air bubbles. Place in freezer for 15 minutes or until surface of the layer is set and dry to the touch (it will still be soft) Continue with the next 5 layers. After adding the very top layer place the pan in the refrigerator (not freezer this time) and chill for at least 12 hours. Remove from pan and slice into portions with a sharp knife. Store this in the refrigerator as it gets very soft and sticky at room temperature.

How to make homemade hard-candy lollipops using a candy mold, a cornstarch mold and no mold at all :) 2 cups white granulated sugar (200g) 2/3 cups corn syrup (160 ml) 1/4 cup water (60 ml) flavouring (like almond, lemon, orange extracts) or candy oils. I used 1 tsp (5ml) food colour if desired Combine sugar, corn syrup, water, flavouring and food colouring in a large saucepan. Heat over high heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to boil. After the mixture boils, stop stirring and reduce heat slightly keeping the mixture at a vigorous boil. You can use a pastry brush dipped in cold water to wipe down the sides of the saucepan to dissolve sugar crystals. This is supposed to help sudden crystallization of the sugar mixture, but this has never happened to me in all the years I have been making candy. Cook the candy until it reaches a temperature of 310 F (154 C). If you are making free-form lollipops, place the hot saucepan into an ice bath to cool it down. Let sit about 20 seconds. Swirl pan 2 minutes more to cool. Pour syrup into another container with a spout if desired. Working quickly, pour syrup onto baking sheets covered with silicone mat or parchment paper, forming circles and spacing circles about 3 inches apart. Press a lollipop stick into each circle. Add sprinkles to lollipops if desired, pressing them into the candy (carefully) with fingers or wooden skewer. Here is an excellent tutorial on how to make many small candies using the cornstarch method. NOTES: This candy will become sticky at room temperature very quickly especially in a humid room/climate.
