The chaos in Syria just continues to get more confusing. As the Syrian military continue to gain ground, the insurgents not only continue to fight the military, but are now are turning their guns on each other.
The power struggle continues between the western, Turkish and Arab backed insurgents. Even one of the commanders of the so-called Free Syrian Army (FSA) was killed by other insurgents, which seems to be the trademarks of a group which Russian President Vladimir Putin referred to as organ eaters.
So are these the representatives of human rights that Washington and its Arab allies and the Turks are pushing for taking over Syria?

India is to settle its 1.53 billion dollars dues with Iran in Rupees. From now on, all the trade will only be done in Indian currency. Until February, 45 percent of the Indian oil import payments were made in Euros, with the money going through Turkish Halkbank. Since then Indian crude oil importers have held on to their payments. A Russian route to make payments in Ruble was explored however it did not work out. Finally the Rupee transactions are left as the only alternative.UCO Bank is the only Indian designated institute under the rupee-payment mechanism with Iran. It is backed by its tie-ups with five Iranian banks which worked on carrying out the process of settlements of dues in April last year.

A new report has been released by the Russian media claiming Israel used a Turkish military base to attack Syria on July 5th.
According to the report published by Russia today, Israeli war planes left a military base inside Turkey and approached the Syrian city of Latakia from the sea. The report says Israelis used this route because they wanted to make sure they stayed out of Syrian air space, in order not to become a legitimate target for the Syrian army.
In a televised interview on Monday, the Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmed Davutoglu strongly denied claims that Turkey allowed Israel to use Turkish soil to attack Syria.

Syrian Deputy Prime Minister Qadri Jamil says compensation by countries that participated in Syria\'s destruction will be one of the priority issues at the upcoming Geneva II conference.
In an interview with a Russian TV network, Jamil, who is a leader of the internal opposition, stated that those who destroyed Syria must be held accountable. He pointed the finger at Turkey, accusing the country of looting Syria\'s industrial hub, Aleppo. He went on to say that any unbiased international investigation into looting will lead to a ruling in Syria\'s favor. The Syrian deputy prime minister added that corrupt figures who subsequently became representatives of foreign-backed opposition groups will also have to pay for post-conflict reconstruction. Damascus has time and again said that armed gangs are being backed by the West as well as regional countries, such as Turkey, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. According to media reports, militants from the United States, Canada, France, Britain, Germany, and a number of other countries are fighting in Syria.

For many centuries, Iran was the intellectual Center of the Islamic World. The great Iranian philosophers wrote dozens of works, some of which are still globally referred to in philosophy. Besides, there are books on theology, Shiism and Islamic culture which have not been properly introduced to the rest of the world. In Iran, a center has been founded with a mission to organize, translate, and publish books on Islamic Knowledge and Humanities.
The Center translates distinguished Islamic works into different languages such as English, French, Russian, Italian, Arabic, Armenian, and Korean.
The center has uploaded all its translated books in digital formats on their website Islamica-dot-ir. The digital library has managed to attract as many as three million visitors in a short period of time.
The center for organizing and translating Islamic knowledge and humanities has focused on translating the part of Islam and Iran which are new to people around the world.
Exchanging cultures through translation can contribute enormously to the western understanding of Islam and its peaceful goals.

A Palestinian committee charged with finding the truth has accepted the Swiss and Russian reports that show the former P-L-O leader was poisoned to death. During a press conference in the West Bank city of Ramallah, Palestinian investigators said that scientific details show Arafat did not die a natural death. They\\\'ve also pledged to carry out a thorough investigation to confirm all the details and elements of the case. Arafat\\\'s body was exhumed last year to find out the actual cause of his death. Iran, the US, and the European Union have ended their negotiations to hammer out a draft deal on Iran\'s nuclear energy program on Friday. The talks now stretch into the third day on Saturday.
Iran\'s Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi has described the trilateral discussions as productive. Araqchi, however, added that lots of work still remains to do. American sources also said progress has been made, but there\'s more work to do. The comments come after five hours of intense negotiations between Iran\'s Foreign Minister Mohammad-Javad Zarif, his U-S counterpart John Kerry, and EU foreign policy Chief Catherine Ashton. The three were working on a draft agreement which many say could be a breakthrough in Iran\'s nuclear energy case. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and a Chinese deputy foreign minister are also on their way to Geneva to join the negotiations.
