What did the official notice issued by the Tehran Police Command, state about the death of the late Mahsa Amini?
What was the unfortunate reaction of a minority fringe group to this bitter incident?
And was this reaction a natural reaction or were there foreign hands at play behind the scenes?
Furthermore, was the death of Mahsa Amini the reason behind the riots or was it just a pretext to create insecurity and chaos, that had already been pre-planned?
And who are the real masterminds behind these evil schemes and plannings?
Additionally, who helped these wicked masterminds to implement these evil plans and create unrest in the Islamic Republic?
And finally, what is the aim and the goal of the enemies of humanity that they wish to achieve via these riots and violence?
The Leader of the Islamic Republic – Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei – addresses the current situation and exposes the evil powers working behind the scenes, as his eminence explains that \"The Mahsa Amini Riots Were Pre-Planned\".

The Syria peace talks or the Geneva TWO conference remains in doubt amid wrangling between foreign-backed opposition groups.
Arab League Chief Nabil al-Arabi has announced that the Geneva conference will be held on November 23. But the UN-Arab league envoy has refused to announce a date. Lakhdar Brahimi-- who\'s on a tour of the Middle East to drum up support for the initiative-- says the talks can only be held if a credible opposition takes part in it. The remarks were in reference to a growing rift among foreign-backed opposition factions. The so-called Syrian National Coalition says a decision whether to attend the talks would be taken in the coming days. But, it remains unclear whether it can enforce any agreement as dozens of militant groups have recently rejected the umbrella group as their representative.

British Foreign Secretary William Hague says Hassan Habibollah-Zadeh\'s planned trip to London follows a visit by his British counterpart Ajay Sharma to Tehran last week. Diplomatic ties between the two countries turned sour after the storming of the British embassy by students in Tehran two years ago. The students were protesting anti-Iran sanctions and London\'s hostile policies toward Tehran. There\'s been a thaw in bilateral relations though, following the election of Iran\'s President Hassan Rouhani several months ago.
