Turkey with a Twist!! English
Recipe:
1 Turkey (11 pounds)
Marinating ing: marinate turkey for 24 hrs in
1 1/2 cup of sour cream
2 tbsp tandoori masala
2 tbsp of lemon pepper
1 tbsp of fresh pureed ginger

Marinating ing: marinate turkey for 24 hrs in
1 1/2 cup of sour cream
2 tbsp tandoori masala
2 tbsp of lemon pepper
1 tbsp of fresh pureed ginger
1 tbsp of fresh pureed garlic
2 tbsp paprika
1 stick of unsalted butter
1 fresh lemon zest and juiced
1 fresh lime zest and juiced
save the skin to put in the cavity
Rosemary
Thyme
Lemon basil
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 large onion (stuff it in the cavity before sticking it in the oven)
Lemon Basil (stuff it in the cavity before sticking it in the oven)
Method:
Stick the lemon and lime peal as well as the rosemary and thyme in the turkey cavity.
Mix the spices in the sour cream mix and spread it on the turkey, than marinate for 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees cut up some vegetables like carrots and celery as well as some onion and chicken stock cubes mixed in two cups of water and stick it in the oven, leave it in the oven for two hours, after two hours take it out every half hour and baste it and cover it to lock the juices in. Plate it with salad, curled carrots, sliced lemons and sliced lime, give the turkey a squeeze of fresh lemon and enjoy. Let turkey rest at lest 1/2 hour before you carve it. Btw my family really enjoyed the turkey I hope you all do too!!!!!

enough chicken to make as many fajitas as you like
1 tsp ginger and garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp of black pepper
salt to taste

Tortillas as many as you need to make

First clean and cut the chicken in long slivers and keep it aside. In a frying pan add about 1 tbsp of olive oil and once hot add the vegetables and stir fry then keep that aside once the onions become a little translucent. Keep all this aside, then in the same pan add 1 tbsp of olive oil and add the chicken as well as the ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon pepper. Cook it until the juices run clean and splash it with half a lime juice. Start assembling the tortillas by warming the tortilla a little bit of vegetables as well as the chicken, add your favorite sauce and you have a healthy delicious homemade lunch or snack!
