Well, we\'re talking about some of the things that will prevent us from joining the Imam of our Age (A), and what better time to this than the holy month of Ramadhan.
One of things that fasting in the holy month of Ramadhan does, is that it softens the heart.
Yet, how does a hard-heart prevent one from joining the 12th Imam (A)?
And what does Imam al-Mahdi (A) say about his reappearance and the condition of the people and the world at the time of his reappearance?
What are two medications that were prescribed by Imam Sajjad (A)?
What does Allah the Almighty say in the holy Qur\'an about changing the condition of people?
What does Imam Ali (A) say about whether or not people will have spite in their hearts or not, at the time of and during the reign of Imam al-Mahdi (A)?
What does the Messenger of Allah (S) say about a very important lump of flesh that we all have and must keep pure if we are to join Imam al-Mahdi (A)?
And finally, always remember that \"A Hard-Heart Will Prevent You From Joining Imam Mahdi (A)\", wherever you are.
Sister Spade explains and answers these questions and more, based upon selections from the book, The Essence of Creation, 3rd edition.
It\'s time to start purifying yourself from all the things that will prevent you from joining the Imam (A) of your time; a the holy month of Ramadhan is a great time to start.

US officials have warned that Americans joining militants fighting to topple the Syrian government pose a security threat at home.
Federal officials say American militants could become radicalized by al-Qaeda-linked militant groups and return to the US as security risks. The State Department says it has no estimates of how many Americans have taken up weapons in the nearly 3-year-old conflict. But analysts put the number at two dozen. So far this year, three US residents have been charged with planning to fight alongside the terrorist group, al-Nusrah Front in Syria. The US and some of its Arab allies including Saudi Arabia have openly supported an armed opposition in Syria and called for a regime change.

Egyptian security forces have once again attacked anti-government protesters joining rallies in several cities, killing four protesters.
Dozens of others were injured as security forces fired tear gas and shots at protesters in the capital Cairo, Alexandria and the canal city of Suez. Several demonstrators were also wounded when thugs attacked supporters of ousted President Mohamed Morsi in the northern city of Damietta. The clashes erupted when anti-government protesters joined rallies after Friday prayers to denounce plans by Defense Minister Abdul Fatah Sisi to run for president. They are also angry over a presidential law issued on Thursday that installs the defense minister as the supreme commander of the military council. Egypt has been the scene of weekly protests since the country\'s first democratically- elected president was ousted last July.

Well, we\'re talking about some of the things that will prevent us from joining the Imam of our Age (A).
What role does Shaytan play in deviating us from joining the Imam of our Age (A)?
What are some of the doubts that Shaytan tries to plant in our minds, vis-à-vis the 12th Imam (A)?
And what happens when the concept of the reappearance of the 12th Imam (A) becomes something stagnant in our lives?
And finally, what\'s the connection between \"Doubts, Stagnation, and Shaytan\", and how do these three prevent you from joining the 12th Imam, wherever you are?

Well, we\'re talking about some of the things that will prevent us from joining the Imam of our Age (A).
Is the reappearance of the 12th Imam (A) and his government of divine justice a central pillar of Islam?
What does Shaytan try to plant in our minds in order to weaken our resolve in hastening the reappearance of the Imam of our Time (A)?
And what does the 7th divinely appointed Imam, Imam Musa ibn Ja\'far al-Kadhim (A) say about the believers during the occultation of the 12th Imam (A)?
And finally, why should we \"Always Have Hope in the Mahdi (A)\", and how does hopeless in the 12th Imam (A) prevent you from joining his eminence (A), wherever you are!?

The Day of Arbaeen was just on the horizon.
Everyone in town was talking about going on \'The Great Walk of Arbaeen\'.
And well, Amina, Maryam, and Fatima couldn\'t help but talk about Arbaeen as well.
In the end, will they end up going and joining \'The Great Walk of Arbaeen\'?
And what are some of their concerns for not going and joining in on \'The Great Pilgrimage of Arbaeen\'?
And who\'s the new girl that\'s going to give them all a little nudge in the right direction?
Sister Fatima continues the story of a group of friends who have taken an oath to walk in the footsteps of lady Zaynab (A) in this Arbaeen special, as she speaks about how \"Lady Zaynab (A) Encouraged Us To Take The Arbaeen Walk\".
There\'s still some time left, so if you can, make it to \'The Great Pilgrimage of Arbaeen\'.
Our condolences to the believers, all across the world, wherever you are, upon the Arbaeen of Sayyid al-Shuhada Imam al-Husayn (A), his beloved family members, and his devout companions.
Salutations be upon the Master of Martyrs!
Salutations be upon the esteemed Husayn!
Salutations be upon the esteemed Ali ibn Husayn!
Salutations be upon the innocent children of Husayn!
Salutations be upon the loyal companions of Husayn!

Salam Alaykum!
Congratulations on the victory of the Islamic Revolution. Congratulations on this great Eid. It is a day that made the Ahlulbayt (A)\\\'s heart happy. It is a day when Truth prevailed over falsehood. It is a day when the Islamic System of Wilayatul Faqih got implemented in the Islamic Republic of Iran. Today, this System is indeed paving the ground for the reappearance of Imam al-Mahdi (ATFS). Congratulations to all the believers!
We would like to thank you for your remarkable and effective presence in the 22 Bahman Rally today. Jazak-Allah for joining the SoQ team and walk together to join the Main Rally in Qom. May Allah accept from you attendees, participants, and our volunteers who worked tirelessly to make it happen.
May the blood of the Shuhada be a witness to our sincere efforts. Once again, it was more effective than we initially imagined it to be. Alhamdolillah.
The overall impact of our presence as English speaking international students was very positive. It was fascinating to see how the Iranians engaged with our relatively small but effective group. The effectiveness of joining as a group becomes obvious when one observes so many local Iranians taking pictures and filming our rally, the main banner, and the placards in English that you were holding.
It was refreshing to see so many Iranian men, women, and youth approaching us and praising this initiative. Masha\\\'Allah so many Islamic scholars stopped by, appreciated, and gave duaas to this multicultural and multiethnic English speaking group of participants. We had participants from Nigeria, Bangladesh, Philippines, Ireland, United States, Pakistan, United Kingdom, Kashmir, Sweden, DarusSalam, India, Afghanistan, Canada, and of course Iran - to name a few. The support of the Islamic Revolution and the Islamic System of Wilayatul Faqih is global. Alhamdolillah.
Insha\\\'Allah, the anti-God powers and especially the Shaytan al-Akbar is going to be bothered by what we did today.
Insha\\\'Allah, Imam al-Mahdi (A) and his deputy Imam Khamenei be proud of you all! May Allah accept it.

Egypt detains 154 opposition members
The Egyptian government has detained 154 members of the country's largest opposition group, the Muslim Brotherhood, ahead of general elections.
According to the Muslim Brotherhood, the arrests were made in 17 different governorates just days after the group said it would field independent candidates in the upcoming parliamentary elections.
Egyptian security forces, however, say they detained the opposition members over alleged plans to cause disturbance.
The group's lawyer Abdul Monem Abdul Maqsoud told reporters in Cairo on Sunday that 70 detainees remain in custody but the others were released after questioning, DPA reported.
Abdul Maqsoud said the arrests were aimed at spreading fear among opposition supporters to keep people from joining the election campaign.
Meanwhile, prominent Egyptian opposition leader Mohamed ElBaradei earlier called for a boycott of the elections.
The Muslim Brotherhood has defended its decision to field candidates.
"We participate for Egypt's sake," Muslim Brotherhood spokesman Essam el-Erian said last week. "Participation is the best way to expose the corruption of the regime."
Independent Muslim Brotherhood candidates won nearly a fifth of the People's Assembly seats in the 2005 general elections.
