2 tbsp olive oil to cook the chicken in
3 lbs chicken breast cut in stips
1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
salt to taste
3 tbsp of rosemary and garlic seasoning mix
1/2 cup olive oil
2 limes juiced
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a large ziplock bag and marinate for at least 20 minutes, In a pan add some olive oil once it\'s really nice and hot start adding the chicken, make sure to u keep turning them till they are a little charred on each side!

4 tbsp rosemary garlic (Tones brand)
2 tbsp of olive oil to pan fry the salmon
Method:
In a big ziploc bag add the salmon in there and add all the ingredients in their and marinate the salmon for about 20 minutes. I used and electric wok set on med high add the olive oil once really hot add the salmon and let it cook on one side till the bottom looks white, turn it and finish cooking the other side making sure not to overcook your fish! You know the fish is done when you see it white and the fillets are going to just start separating. You can use the fish of your choice!
