Who says you should go to Karbala whenever you are in the mood
Agha Alireza Panahian
What if after the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (‘a.j.), they say, “Whoever went on the Arbaeen walk, was effective in preparing for the reappearance.” If your grandchild or child asks you, “Dad, did you go on the Arbaeen walk,” what will you answer?
Making a pilgrimage is something serious. You may go to the shrine when you are in the mood. That’s nice. You liked to go. When you go to Karbala you should say, “I am ready to help you.” Suddenly, everything becomes serious!
At least you should be able to say, “If I couldn’t go myself, I sent one person and paid his way. He was young and able to go to the shrine of Aba Abdillah al-Husayn (‘a) so it wouldn’t be empty.” “I am ready to help you.” This phrase is a part of the Arbaeen supplication. I have come to help you.
If you can’t go yourself, send your child, neighbour, or colleague. Go yourself too. Say, “Imam I have come to show and announce my presence, lest my name not be recorded here.” Imam Husayn (‘a) is holding a eulogy ceremony himself for Arbaeen.
Shall I give you some strange news? A person may wonder at this until the end of time! Some religious groups hold gatherings during the year, but they don’t do anything for Arbaeen. Isn’t that interesting? They spend and work hard for their eulogy ceremonies. But, about the eulogy that Imam Husayn (‘a) holds himself, they say, “There are others who will go.” What about you?
Imam Sadiq (‘a) saw one of his friends. The Imam (‘a) said, “I have heard that there are some people who love us and follow us, who haven’t been to Karbala for four years.” The man replied, “Many people are like this!” Imam Sadiq (‘a) said, “What will these people tell the Prophet of God?” The man said, “How often should a person go on this pilgrimage?” The Imam said, “Poor people, once a year. Rich people, twice a year.”
Should one go to Karbala based on his mood and when he wants to? Where have they said this? In which tradition has this been written? A soldier should go show and announce his presence.
Because we act like this and look at it in this way, the reappearance still hasn’t happened yet. What if after the reappearance of Imam Mahdi (‘a.j.), they say, “Whoever went on the Arbaeen walk, was effective in preparing for the reappearance.” If your grandchild or child asks you, “Dad, did you go on the Arbaeen walk,” what will you answer? A soldier should go show and announce his presence.
We have advanced in spiritual matters, Itikaf, and making pilgrimages. Praise God, see how many people come to Imam Reza’s (‘a) shrine or to the Jamkaran Mosque. But friends, we still haven’t reached the needed growth. Only two million people go on Arbaeen from Iran? How do you justify this? Didn’t Imam Hasan Askari (‘a) say this is a sign of being our follower? Don’t you feel responsible? Where will you be on Arbaeen?!

Our condolences to the believers all across the world upon the first ten days of Muharram and the commemoration of the mission and martyrdom of the Master of Martyrs, Imam Husayn (A).
Yet, what was the condition of the Islamic government during the time of Imam Husayn (A)?
And what was the aim and purpose of the struggle of Imam Husayn (A)?
Furthermore, what was the addition during Yazid’s rule to the preexisting oppression, tyranny, and corruption?
And what was Imam Husayn (A)’s answer to that?
Moreover, why did Imam Husayn (A) decline the foolish demands of the oppressors of his time?
Besides, what does the steadfastness of Imam Husayn (A) teach us?
And lastly, who are truly deserving of glory?
The Leader of the Muslim Ummah – Imam Khamenei – talks about the steadfastness of Imam Husayn (A) on his words, and identifies that quality as one which brings one glory.
Always Remember And Never Forget, \"We Are Far From Humiliation!\"

If you love someone, you will also love the things that are related to them?
And along these lines, what are the things that are related to Allah?
How does the love of the Messenger of Allah (S) and the Ahl al-Bayt (A) play in all this?
And when one loves someone, do they mourn over the beloved?
And is this behavior a natural part of a human being?
Finally, what does the servitude of Allah have to do with all this?
The late Ayatollah Misbah-Yazdi (R) provides us with a short, but profound lesson on the basics of loving Allah.

IRANIAN PRESIDENT AHMADINEJAD AND JEWISH RABBIS AGREE AT HOLOCAUST
CONFERENCE THAT ZIONIST ARE NOT JEWS, THEY ARE A POWER GROUP !!
THIS IS SO GOOD TO SEE MUSLIMS AND TRUE JEWS COMING TOGETHER AGAINST
THE TRUE ENEMIES OF THIS WORLD !!
OF COURSE, CNN TRIED TO USE THIS NEWS CLIP AS A HIT PIECE AGAINST THE ANIT-ZIONIST
MOVEMENT BY ASSOCIATING THE EX-KKK LEADER DAVID DUKE WITH THE CONFERENCE. BUT
THIS VIDEO CLIP SHOWS JEWS AT THE HOLOCAUST CONFERENCE IN TEHRAN
TALKING WITH MUSLIMS ABOUT THE DANGERS OF ZIONISM.
AT THE END, IT SHOWS A RABBI SAYING THAT THE ZIONISTS ARE USING THE TERRIBLE HORRORS
OF THE HOLOCAUST TO FURTHER THEIR REBELLION AGAINST GOD. THIS IS SO TRUE AT SO MANY
LEVELS.
THIS VIDEO CLIP IS PROOF THAT IRAN IS NOT AGAINST THE JEWISH PEOPLE, BUT AGAINST THE

WILL KNOW THE DEPTH OF THE LIES OF OUR GOVERNMENT TO PROMOTE WORLD DICTATORSHIP.

The Holy month of Ramadan is a month in which Muslims are commanded to fast from dawn till dusk for the full 30 days.
The Quran states \"O you who believe! Fasting is prescribed for you just as it was prescribed for those before you. Perhaps you would attain piety!\" (Quran 2:183)
Thus for 30 days, the lifestyles of Muslims around the world change dramatically. But although its core purpose is spiritually based, there are many health and medical benefits and implications of fasting including giving rest to the digestive system, decrease of cholesterol level in blood, and moderate weight loss.

The U-N says nearly a million Palestinians are expected to need food aid in the Gaza Strip next year.
About 800-thousand Palestinian refugees are currently receiving food aid from the U-N Relief and Works Agency-- UNRWA-- but the organization expects a 10 to 20 percent rise in demand in 20-14. The U-N\'s Gaza director of operations says the main reason for the increase is Egypt\'s closure of Gaza tunnels-- a measure which has deprived thousands of Palestinians of basic goods, halted construction projects, and led to job losses. The tunnels were the only lifeline for Palestinians in the Gaza Strip. The coastal enclave has been under the Israeli regime\'s blockade since 2007.

The United Nations says one out of five people living in Lebanon are refugees who have fled the conflict in neighboring Syria.
The Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees announced the number of Syrian refugees in Lebanon has surpassed the eight hundred and 48 thousand mark. The Office of the UNHCR also said about seven hundred and 93 thousand have registered as refugees. The Lebanese authorities say the exact number could be even higher since many of the Syrian refugees are unregistered and undocumented migrants. Lebanon has refused to set up official camps for refugees from Syria. Many live in hundreds of unofficial tent settlements on its northern and eastern peripheries. Lebanon currently hosts the highest number of refugees from Syria. More than a million other Syrians have fled to Jordan and Turkey.

At least seven people are killed in anti-government rallies across Egypt, as the country undertakes its first voting since the army\'s ouster of former president Mohamed Morsi in July.
Over a dozen others have also been injured in several cities. There were also clashes in front of an interior ministry building in Alexandria. Meanwhile, security forces have stormed the campus of the al-Mansoura University in the city with armored vehicles, and used live ammunition and gas canisters against protesting students. This is the first day of a two-day national vote on the country\'s new constitution, drafted by the army-backed interim government. Under the draft text, the formation of religious political parties is banned. Critics say the new charter only favors the army. If approved, it will replace the current constitution which was passed under Morsi. A coalition led by his Muslim Brotherhood movment has boycotted the referendum.
