Iranian presidential candidate, Mohsen Rezaei, says if elected, he would minimize the role of the government in running economic activities and create a multicultural economy independent of oil money.
He criticized the countries oil-dependent economy as the root of all problems faced by different administrations in the past decade. The secretary of Iran\'s Expediency Council also stated that his economic \"revolution\" would consist of such components as facilitating tourism, expanding trade, stepping up production in various fields, and exporting non-oil products.
Rezaei said he plans to widely install \"mobile refineries\" in different provinces, especially in border areas, and sell their products to make up for nearly one million barrels of crude oil which Iran has not been able to sell due to Western sanctions

Download Free Flash CS3 fla file here http://www.developphp.com
In this tutorial you can learn how to use systemCapabilities in Flash ActionScript 3 to display to a user, or add an if-else conditional statement to render different code according to what the user configuration is. You can access the values of user specific information like: flash version, language, operating system, screen dpi, screen resolution, pixel aspect ratio, and much more.
Adam gives you a fully operational file to download to see how it works, and get at the code in a file that you know is working. Run locally or on the web, both will work.
If you need ActionScript help or have comments please join our forum and post up.
Here is some info from the Flash Help file:
The Capabilities class provides properties that describe the system and player that are hosting a SWF file. For example, a mobile phone's screen might be 100 square pixels, black and white, whereas a PC screen might be 1000 square pixels, color. By using the Capabilities object to determine what type of device a user has, you can provide appropriate content to as many users as possible. When you know the device's capabilities, you can tell the server to send the appropriate SWF files or tell the SWF file to alter its presentation.

Learn how to make custom lines animate in streaming plasma and electric patterns. Then render out an SWF that can be imported into flash for your website animations.
Wiki Facts:
Adobe After Effects is primarily used for creating motion graphics and visual effects. After Effects allows users to animate, alter, and composite media in 2d and 3d space with various built-in tools and third party plug-ins, as well as individual attention to variables like parallax and user-adjustable angle of observation.
Both After Effects and some non-linear editing systems (NLEs) are layer-oriented, meaning that each individual media object (video clip, audio clip, still image, etc.) occupies its own track. In contrast, some NLEs use a system where individual media objects can occupy the same track as long as they do not overlap in time. This track-oriented system is more suited for editing and can keep project files much more concise. The layer-oriented system that After Effects adopts is suited for extensive effects work and keyframing. Although other compositing packages—especially ones that employ tree or node workflows, such as Apple Shake—are better suited to manage large volumes of objects within a composite, After Effects is able to somewhat counter the clutter by selectively hiding layers (using the Shy switch) or by grouping them into pre-compositions.
The main interface consists of several panels (windows in versions prior to After Effects 7.0). Three of the most commonly used panels are the Project panel, the Composition panel, and the Timeline panel. The Project panel acts as a bin to import stills, video, and audio footage items. Footage items in the Project panel are used in the Timeline panel, where layer order and timing can be adjusted. The items visible at the current time marker are displayed in the Composition panel.
After Effects integrates with other Adobe software titles such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Encore, and Flash.

Imam Mohammad Al Asi previously led the daily and Jum'ah prayers inside the Masjid. His speeches were revolutionary and thought provoking, and eventually irritated and threatened the Middle-East Ambassadors who control the Masjid. Finally, the Imam, his family, and other Muslims faithful to the course of Islam were forced out, into the streets. His khutbahs originate from the sidewalk across the street from the Islamic Center, currently under seige.
He is also the author of the first-ever tafseer of the Qur'an - titled : The Ascendant Qur'an- written directly in the English Language. The Qur'an gained popularity with a wide variety of Muslims, justice seeking groups and sinister rulers. However, this has led to translations and interpretations that fit the different agendas of these wayward rulers and often has meant drifting far from the original meaning of the words. Imam Asi attempts to reverse this trend and in my analysis of his struggle, he has deliberately set out to evacuate these covert assailants on Islam's mission who distort or completely alter the message that the Qur'an actually transmit.

[2] Sh. Hamza Sodagar 1433 2011 - Muharram and Islamic Revolution (Incomplete) - English

The lecture on the second night of Muharram began with a reminder of how the message of Imam Husayn (as) inspired the Islamic Revolution in Iran, and how the spirit of revolution continues in the uprisings in the Middle East and North Africa. The term ‘Arab Spring’ is a misnomer, as it does not accurately reflect the Islamic reawakening being shown in these revolutions. It is vital to be aware of the happenings and become part of these events.
It is extremely important to understand the root cause of all the social ills that are plaguing these countries and the global society as a whole. The absence of Tauheed and the foundation of societies based on shirk is a primary cause of societal problems. This can be examined historically by looking at the history of the Prophets. The absence of Tauheed in the societies led to disharmony within them. Consider the people of Thamud, to whom was sent the Prophet Salih (a). The elite amongst them considered themselves superior to others, and considered authority to be theirs alone. Despite the Prophet Salih’s (a) exhortations to the people to believe in Allah (SWT) and alter their attitudes, they refused to do so, except a few, resulting in Allah’s (SWT) wrath being sent onto them. Another example from the Holy Qur’an that can be examined is that of Prophet Musa (as) and Fir’aun. Due to his shirk, Fir’aun considered himself superior to others, and his tribe superior to others. He caused divisions in the society, and oppressed the Bani Israeel. His actions eventually led to his destruction. The Arabian society, at the time of Prophet Muhammad (SAWW) is another example of a flawed society rooted in shirk.
The presence of shirk in modern society manifests itself not only through atheist expositions, but also through the manifestation of secularism. The division of religion and state has permeated into almost all countries, including (unfortunately) countries in the Muslim world. It is vital to transform this mind set to one that fully acknowledges that Allah (SWT) permeates into every aspect of our lives, and it is impossible to separate religion from the running of the state. Implementing such a viewpoint would lead to sustainable solutions for societal problems. For instance, instead of adopting a consumerist approach to eradicating poverty, it is important to consider that only Allah (SWT) controls sustenance.
The Iranian Revolution succeeded against huge odds, particularly because of the Revolution’s strong grounding on the tenets of Tauhid. For modern societies to improve, it is important that they base every decision on Tauhid and embed this in our hearts, and include this in every aspect of our lives. We need to continuously strive to make sure we associate nothing with Allah (SWT) and live for Him alone.

First Sermon
Ashura - History and Popular Legend
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
All Praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the worlds and the Maker of all creation, and may Peace and benedictions be upon His servant and messenger, His beloved and elect, our master, our prophet, and our sire, Abul Qasim Muhammad, may Allah bless him and his pure, immaculate, and infallible Progeny. I seek the refuge of Allah from the accursed Satan
So for their breaking their compact We cursed them and made their hearts hard; they would pervert the words from their meanings. and they forgot a portion of what they were reminded of. (5:13)
Our discussion here concerns the misrepresentations (tahrifat) relating to the historic event of Karbala\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'. There have occurred various kinds of distortions in recounting the details of this great event. We shall carry out this discussion in four parts. The first will deal with the meaning of tahrif and its various existing forms, while pointing out that such misrepresentations have occurred in the [popular] accounts of the historic episode of \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'Ashura\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'. The second part deals with the general factors responsible for tahrif, that is, the causes which commonly lead to the distortion of events and issues in the world. Why do men misrepresent and distort events, issues, and, occasionally, personalities? In particular, what factors have played a distorting role in the narrative of the episode of Karbala\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'? The third part consists of an explanation concerning the distortions that have crept into the narratives of this historic event. The fourth part deals with our duty, that of the scholars and the Muslim masses, in this regard.
The first part of this discussion is about the meaning of tahrif: What does tahrif mean? The Arabic word tahrif is derived from harrafa meaning, to slant, incline, alter, distort, misconstrue which means to make something depart from its original or proper course and position. In other words, tahrif is a kind of change and alteration, though it includes a sense not possessed by mere change and alteration. If you do something that prevents a sentence, message, verse, or passage from conveying the meaning that it ought to convey and gives it some other sense, you have subjected it to tahrif. For instance, you make a statement before someone. Elsewhere he quotes you, and later on you are told that so-and-so has reported that you have made such a statement. You find out that what you had said was very different from what he has reported. He has interpolated your statement, deleting words which conveyed your intent and adding others on his own account, with the result that your statements have been distorted and totally altered. Then you would say that this person has misrepresented your statements Especially, if someone tampers with an official document, he is said be guilty of causing tahrif in it These examples were meant to elucidate the meaning of the term tahrif, and it does not need any further explanation or clarification. Now we shall take up the different forms of tahrif.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Seine Eminenz Ayatullah al-\'Uzma al-Hajj as-Sayyid \'Ali al-Husaini al-Khamenei (Möge Allah sein Leben verlängern) kam 1939 in der heiligen Stadt Mashad (Iran) zur Welt. Sein Vater, Ayatullah al-Hajj as-Sayyid Jawad, gehörte zu den wohlunterrichteten Gelehrten (Ulama). This is a video of Bayt an Noor, the worshipping place of Lady Masooma [s] in the last days of her life. The house of Musa ibn Khazraj ibn Sa`d Ash`ari, where Lady Fatima Masuma [s] lived for the few days that she was in Qum, has now become a school named Madres-ye Sittiyeh. [Sittiy means Lady hence the name of the school is School of the Lady]. Till today, opposite the gates of this school and within its grounds, there remains the alter of worship (mihrab `ibadat) of this noble lady, where she spent hours of the last days of her life worshiping Allah.
Also in this video is a short lecture by Sheikh Usama AbdulGhani, who describes the role of Women in Society and through Islamic point of view highlighting the responsibilities as well as the status of women.

Imam Muhammad Al Asi previously led the daily and Jum\'ah prayers inside the Masjid. His speeches were inspiring, revolutionary and thought provoking, and eventually irritated and threatened the Middle-East Ambassadors who control the Masjid. Finally, the Imam, his family, and other Muslims faithful to the course of Islam were forced out, into the streets. This khutbah originates from the sidewalk across the street from the Islamic Center, currently under seige.
He is also the author of the first-ever tafseer of the Qur\'an - titled : The Ascendant Qur\'an- written directly in the English Language. The Qur\'an gained popularity with a wide variety of Muslims, justice seeking groups and sinister rulers. However, this has led to translations and interpretations that fit the different agendas of these wayward rulers and often has meant drifting far from the original meaning of the words. Imam Asi attempts to reverse this trend and in my analysis of his struggle, he has deliberately set out to evacuate these covert assailants on Islam\'s mission who distort or completely alter the message that the Qur\'an actually transmit.

The Institute of Contemporary Islamic Thought (ICIT) is an international intellectual centre of the global Islamic movement.[1] It consists of individual activists, journalists and academics from around the world who share a common commitment to developing the social and political ideology of Islam, and promoting their ideas and analysis as an alternative worldview to that of the western civilization. ICIT was established in 1998 to continue the work initiated by the late Dr. Kalim Siddiqui (1931–1996), who was Director of the Muslim Institute in London. Following his death, Dr Kalim Siddiqui's closest associates advanced the work of ICIT. These include Zafar Bangash of Toronto, Canada, who is now Director of the ICIT, Imam Muhammad al-Asi and Imam Abdul Alim Musa of Washington DC, and Iqbal Siddiqui of London, now the editor of the Crescent International news magazine.
