This video is specifically about UK but there are chances that this fraud may be going on in other countries too where food is processed and genetically modified widely. -- EAT TRUE HALAL - There is a huge growth in the demand for Halal food. We now need to advance toconcepts like Green Halal and Organic Halal as the real meaning of Halal is much more than slaughtering certain animals in certain ways and avoiding pork products and alcohol. It should mean eating in moderation foods that are grown locally, have minimal impact on carbon emission, and selecting meats that are obtained from "Halal" animals that are fed organically and treated humanely throughout their lives. - More on this, see http://www.ciogc.org/Go.aspx?link=7654949

Squirrels Fast:
Squirrels are vegetarian animals that fast for days at a time in winter. They live in places with cold winters and are very active in the autumn. They gather nuts, pinecones, and seeds and hide them in various places to eat during the winter.
While tree squirrels do not hibernate, ground squirrels do. Their length of hibernation depends on where they live.
In some areas they may remain dormant as long as eight months of the year. During hibernation, they are in a state of near suspended animation.
Their heart rate slows to only a fraction of its normal rate, and they might breathe only once every couple of minutes.
However, they wake up for a short period every four or five days to eat from their stored food. When the warm weather begins in spring, the squirrels become fully awake and active. They go after seeking fresh food.

Ing:
3 cups white all purpose flour
11/2 tsp yeast
depending on how cold it is you can add
1 sugar to the yeast in

salt to taste
1 egg
7 tbsp oil
Method:
Sift your flour in the container you are going to knead your dough next add salt, egg, and olive oil, mix it really well, now slowly start adding the water and yeast mixture this should make a sticky dough, keep kneading for about 3 min and you should have a nice soft dough. Let the dough rise till it has doubled in size, then make small individual balls and roll them out to about 5 to 6 in in diameter. You will need some extra flour for dusting while you roll the pitas. Start laying them on a floured surface to prevent them from sticking, start cooking the rotis with the first one you had rolled out that way it will give it some time to rise a little, in a med hot pan put the rotis one by one on the frying pan, flip only twice, you can add a little olive oil to prevent it from drying out!
