Program host by Grand Son of Hasan Al Banna (Founder of Egyptian Akhwan ul Mulsameen- Muslim Brotherhood)Wahhabis have a history of vandalising and destroying Islamic heritage. In Saudi Arabia they destroyed and damaged houses and mosques associated with the Prophet Mohammad and his family.
The history goes back to 18th and 19th century and their raids on Shi’a holly cities of Karbala and Najaf, killing and enslaving their populations.
In recent years the Wahhabi doctrine has been responsible for the expansion of those destructions beyond Arabia to North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, Pakistan and even the Muslim Balkans.
In Libya and Egypt, Salafi and Wahhabi groups took the opportunity of the recent unrests to attack and damage several Sufi shrines and cemeteries. In Libya they destroyed the shrine of Zuhayr Ibn al-Balawi a companion of Prophet Mohammad.
In July, another Wahhbai group in Mali began to destroy and vandalise historical Sufi shrines, mausoleums and cemeteries of Timbuktu, a UNESCO registered World Heritage.
Surprisingly these atrocities has never mobilised international public opinion against Wahabis in the same manner as the destruction of the statues of Buddha in Afghanistan by Taliban.

Ya as-sayyid Sajjadina
O\' our dear leader, Jewel of believers
Why are you so silent? your voice you never rise
Your family was martyred right before you eyes
Ali ibnal Husayn
Yabnal Husayn they ask why are you greiving
Yaqob lost one son, then lost his vision from weeping
Yabnal Husayn your family martyred for believing
O\' our dear Imam we don\'t know what your feeling
Ali ibnal Husayn
In the desert sands you march
Your thirsty lips are parched
They treated you so harsh
Blood dripping from your chained hands
Stains the the sand red
But this is not the reason for the tears that you shed
On the top of that spear is your fathers head
Ali ibnal Husayn
Grandson of Ali, Grandson of Zahra
O\' son of Mecca, O\' son of Kabaa
Between hope and pain
O\' son of Safa
Your family was slain on the plains of Karbala
Ali ibnal Husayn
In Madina you serve anyone mistreated
The crippled and the weak
The hungry you feed them
If they offer you a drink
Your heart starts bleeding
The thought of arrow shots Abbas was receiving
Ali ibnal Husayn
O\' ornament of worshippers
The Psalms you left they nurture us
For the sick, homeless, oppressed and all of us soul searchers
We\'re crying and distressed
A life of tragedy
Yet is was so blessed, Ya Ali, tranquility

Prophet Adam was given life, a speck of Allah\'s light
He was taught the holy names Allah told him to recite
Beautiful names of knowledge, names of perfection
When the angels heard his words they all bowed to him
\"Qala ya Adamu anbi-hum bi-asma-ihim\" (2:33)
Husayn ibn Ali, Anta fee Ghalbi
Prophet Noah warned his people against sin and evil
Allah commanded he build a ship of salvation
72 companions steadfast, remained patient
\"Waqala irkaboo feeha bismiAllahi majraha wamursaha\" (11:41)
We follow what the Prophet said and board the holy safina
Husayn ibn Ali, Anta fee Ghalbi
Prophet Abraham was tested all throughout his life
But giving up Ismael was his biggest sacrifice
If you\'ve ever lost a loved one you know what this means
Ismael held up his neck
\"Ya Abati...inshAllah mina alsabireen\" (37:102)
Husayn ibn Ali, Anta fee Ghalbi
Prophet Moses served justice and fought the pharaoh tyrant
He led the oppressed people against a system filled with violence
He pledged his life to Allah, the Creator Unseen
\"Min aaibadihi waalaaqibatu lilmuttaqeen\" (7:128)
O\' son of Fatima your the righteous human being
Husayn ibn Ali, Anta fee Ghalbi
Prophet Jesus led believers through this world of wilderness
At the land of Karbala his heart would reminisce
His disciples asked, Ya Ruhullah, what land is this
The place where dear Husayn will become victorious
Husayn ibn Ali, Anta fee Ghalbi
Ya Mustafa your grandson learned from you to lead
Against the system of corruption
The system of hypocrisy
People say they love Rasol but what about his family
\"La as-alukum aalayhi ajran illa almawaddata fee al qorba\" (42:23)
The blood of the Holy Prophet splattered on the turba

What do you say to a baby sister
This is the last day
Her father will kiss her
We march in pains, I pray in a whisper
Her ears are bleeding, her feet in blisters
Ana Mazloom Zainal Abideen, My heart is in Gloom I hear Sakina scream
Day after Day in the heat of the sun
The thirst and the pain
Her tongue is dry and numb
The lips of the Prophet kissed her fathers
head when he was young
Now it\'s on a pole, O\' Prophet look at what\'s become
Ana Mazloom Zainal Abideen, My heart is in Gloom I hear Sakina scream
We\'ve entered his throne
A man pure evil to the bone
My father\'s head is on display
He won\'t leave it alone
We\'re thrown into a jail
Her skin is white and pale
She turns to me bemoans
O\' brother when will we go home
Ana Mazloom Zainal Abideen, My heart is in Gloom, I hear Sakina scream
O\' sister so oppressed
This dungeon is no rest
The clothes that you wear are burnt to your flesh
I kiss your little hand I am sorry for these scars
With your dry lips you say \"Ali Asghar\"
Ana Mazloom Zainal Abideen, My heart is in Gloom, I hear Sakina scream
Grand-daughter of the Prophet died in misery
Now I sit in Madina to recite this history
Prophet Yaqob lost a son, then he went blind
O\' people of the world
There is no sorrow like mine

Mountain Peak Insects Fast:
Beetles spend the winter season on peaks of mountains in the freezing temperature.
The peaks of mountains are very cold and snowy, the temperature roughly being up to thirty degrees centigrade below zero. These insects need extra energy in the winter in order to tolerate the cold weather.
During the cold winters insects fast. Whilst migrating to the mountains, an important process takes place to make sure these insects are filled with fatty substances to keep them warm during the winter and provide energy whilst they fast.
During the migration they abstain from drinking water so that the ratio of water reduces in their bodies and the free-water changes form into bound-water.
The conversion of water to bound-water is really important because if it were not bound then at low temperatures the water content in their bodies would freeze and their bodies would also freeze. The bound-water is gradually released over time as a water-source and source of energy for the insects.

Animal Instincts
Salmon:
Salmon fasting over a long period induces a feeling of sensitivity in them so that they are able to recognise the proper location.
Each fish swims upstream in the river in which it was hatched to reproduce in the same place from which it originated.
When they are guided to the right place, the salmon start to dig holes for eggs. The females lay eggs, and the males cover them with their sperm to fertilize them.
The females are then motivated by instinct to cover the eggs with an appropriate layer of soil from the riverbed. They stay behind the eggs until they incubate and the young red salmon come out of their holes and shake off their dust.
Both parents cast a final look on the young and realize that they have successfully concluded their mission.
Then they pass away in a state of fasting in the same location, leaving behind a new generation of the young.
When those young grow up and become sexually mature, they will start their fasting and then pass away in a state of fasting in their own and their ancestors' birthplace.
