-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-In a bowl,add chicken,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,paprika powder,lemon juice,mix well & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,mix well & cook until chicken is done & set aside.
Prepare Creamy Alfredo Sauce:
-In a saucepan,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add mushrooms,mix well & sauté for 2-3 minutes.
-Add milk,mix well & bring it to boil.
-On low flame,add cream,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add black pepper powder,onion powder,chicken powder,white pepper powder,salt,dried oregano, mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add cheddar cheese,mix well & cook until cheese melts & set aside.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry potato fries on medium flame until golden & crispy.
Assembling:
-In baking pan,add potato fries,creamy alfredo sauce,mozzarella cheese,potato fries,mozzarella cheese,red chilli crushed & fresh parsley.
-Bake or air fry at 180C until cheese melts (4-5 minutes).

-In pressure cooker,add split green lentil,wheat,rice,water,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Cover and cook on medium flame until tender (approx. 1 hour).
Prepare Kabab:

-Grease hands with oil,take a mixture and make small kababs of equal sizes (makes 40-45).

-Turn on the flame,add cooked meat and mix well.
-Add salt and mix well.
-Add water and mix well.
-Now add prepared kababs and give it a good mix.

-In blender,add spinach,green chilies,blend well & set aside.
-In frying pan,add desi ghee and let it melt.
-Add blended green paste and fry for 4-5 minutes.
-Now pour tadka on hareesa mixture,mix & serve!

-Pickled jalapeno slices

Directions:

-In a jug,add warm water,sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it rest for 4-5 minutes & set aside.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking soda & mix well.
-Add yogurt,cooking oil & mix well until it crumbles.
-Add yeast mixture & mix well.
-Gradually add milk & knead until soft dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil and knead again,cover & let it proof for 1 & ½ hour at warm place.
-Sprinkle dry flour,stretch & knead dough for 2-3 minutes then divide the dough into 6 portions.
-Make a small dough (130g),sprinkle dry flour & roll out dough in oval shape with the help of rolling pin.
-Make gashes with the help of finger tips,flip the naan & apply salt water on the other side of naan.

Hind: Mein Imam Ali(A.S) ki aulaad ka haal maloom karna chahti hun. Mein Hussain(A.S), Aulaad-e-Hussain(A.S) aur Imam ki paak-baaz sahabzaadion ka haal ahwaal aur khairiat maloom karna chahti hun.
Zianab(S.A) - rotay huay:
"Aye Hind! Agar Aal-e-Ali k mutalliq puchti ho tou suno!
Hum(Aulaad-e-Ali) Madina chor chukay hain aur Un ki Aal ki shahadaton ki khabar Madina pohnchaanay k muntazir hein.
Agar HUSSAIN ki haalat se ba-khabar hona chahti ho tou suno! Yazeed k samnay jo ser maujood hai jis se wo lutf-andoz hota hai, wo HUSSAIN ka ser hai.
Agar ABBAS-e-JARRI ka puchti ho tou hum un k Jism k tukray aur BE-SER laashay sarzameen-e-Karbala per chor aanay per majboor kar diay gaye!
Agar Aulaad-e-Hussain ka puchti ho tou wo beemaar naujawan jo shuddat-e-dard ki waja se chalnay per qaadir nahin hai, wohi Hussain k betay ZAIN-ul-ABIDEEN(A.S) hein!
Agar Banaat-e-Ali ka puchti ho, tou MEIN hi ZAINAB BINTE ALI, aur ye UMM-e-KUSLOOM hain.

Shuddat-e-Jazbaat mein Hind ne aik pathar apnay ser per maara, jis se khoon jaari hua aur wo ghash kha gayi.
Hind ne Zainab(S.A) ko apnay sarhaanay paaya, jo us se farma rahi theen:
"Hind! utho apnay ghar jao! Aisa na ho tera shauhar Yazeed tujh per ghazab-naak ho!"
Hind: "Khuda ki qasam! Jub tak Aba-Abdullah Hussain ka matam na kar lun, aur Aap Hashmi khawateen ko ghar na le jaun, mein wapas na jaun gi!"
Hind uthi, libaas chaak kiay huay aur ser-barahna Yazeed k pass ayi jo darbaar mein damishq k wuzra aur hawaarion k darmiaan betha hua tha.
Hind: Aye Yazeed! Kia tu ne Ser-e-muqaddas-e-Hussain, farzand-e-Rasool ko darwaza k kinaaray NAIZAY per latkaanay ka hukm dia hai!?
Yazeed jo saltanat, aish o ishrat ka taaj pehnay takht per takkia lagaye baitha tha, achaanak apni zauja ki ghier-mardon k samnay ye haalat dekhi tou maaray gairat k apni jagah se utha aur usay chaadar urhaatay huay bola:
"Khuda lanat karay Ibn-e-Ziyad per, jis ne jald-baazi ki aur Hussain(A.S) ko qatal kia!"

Tu ne un ki chaadarain cheeneen, aur un muqaddas khawateen ko gali kocha o bazaar mein aashkaar kia, aur unhein zindaanon mein qaid kar k khud chain o sukoon ki neend sona chahtay ho!
Khuda ki Qasam! Jub tak inhein meray saath nahin bhejo ge, mein tumharay ghar mein qadam nahin rakhun gi!"

Qafla-e-Hussaini ko Damishq laye janay ke kuch dinon baad aik aurat Yazeed ki biwi Hind k pass ayi aur kaha:
"Kuch qaidi laye gaye hain jin mein aksariat aurton ki hai. Lakin mujhe maloom nahin k wo kon hain. behtar hai k aap ayen aur haqeeqat maloom karein".
Hind Uthi aur Umda libaas pehna, chaadar orhi aur khaadma ko hukm dia k qaid-khanay mein us k liay kursi lagayi jaye.
Hind Kursi per baith gayi.
Bibi Zainab(S.A) ne ghaur se is aurat ki taraf dekha tou pehchaan lia k ye Hind binte Abdullah hai, jo arsa pehlay Ameer-ul-Momineen(A.S) k ghar mein khaadma thi.
Bibi Zainab(S.A) ne Bibi Umm-e-Kulsoom(S.A) se farmaya:
"Kia aap ne pehchaana, ye Hind Binte Abdullah hain"
Donon bibion ne khaamoshi se apnay saron ko neechay jhuka lia ta-k Hind un ki taraf mutawajja na ho. Lakin Hind ghaur se bibion ko dekh rahi thi, is liay agay barh kar pucha:
"Behen, aap donon ne apas mein guftugoo kar k apnay saron ko jhuka lia, kia koi khaas baat hai?"
Bbion ne koi jawab na dia.
Hind: "Behen, aap kis ilaaqay se hain?"
Sani-e-Zahra(S.A) khamosh na reh sakeen aur farmaya:
"Hum Madina k rehnay walay hein".
Hind ne suna tou ahtraman khari ho gayi aur kaha:
"Kia aap Madina walon ko jaanti hain!?"
Zainab(S.A): "Aap kin Madina walon k mutalliq daryaft karna chahti hain?"
Hind: "Mein apnay aaqa Imam Ali(A.S) k gharanay k mutalliq daryaft karna chahti hun"
Zainab(S.A): "Tum ALI(A.S) k gharaanay ko kaisay jaanti ho?"
Hind (Imam ki yaad mein ashk-bar hotay huay):
"Mein us ghar mein khaadma thi, aur kaam kia karti thi. Mujhe Us ghar se bauhat muhabbat hai"
Zainab(S.A): Tum Us ghar k kin afraad ko jaanti ho?
Hind: Mein Imam Ali(A.S) ki aulaad ka haal maloom karna chahti hun. Mein Hussain(A.S), Aulaad-e-Hussain(A.S) aur Imam ki paak-baaz sahabzaadion ka haal ahwaal aur khairiat maloom karna chahti hun.
