Bahraini doctors and nurses convicted of conspiring against the government are set to begin their jail sentences.
Some of them have been sentenced to 15 years in prison but the 20 medics maintain that their only crime was to treat wounded protesters. They are now due to launch an appeal.
The UN human rights office has questioned the fairness of the sentences issued by Bahrain's military-run National Safety Court but the country's government insists the medics actively supported oppostion protesters.
On Saturday, a government spokesman told Al Jazeera that "footage showed political rallies within the hospital grounds calling for the overthrow of the regime".
He added that nurses were told to go on strike to overthrow the regime. The actions, he said, were "an attempted coup d'etat".
Doctor Ghassan Dhaif received a 15-year sentence last Thursday, as did his brother, Bassem. Ghassan's wife, Zahra al-Sammak, received five years.
Both Ghassan and Zahra worked at Salmaniyah hosptial for more than 20 years, and were the chairpersons of their respective departments until they were both suspended in March.

Salutations upon Husayn, Ali ibn Husayn, the children of Husayn, and the companions of Husayn.
What is the significance of the lady Zaynab\'s statement when she said that she saw nothing but beauty?
What is the fruit that has come forth from the school of thought of Imam Ali (A)?
Finally, can we ever really fathom all the tragedies and tribulations which came upon Imam Husayn (A), his family, and his companions?
Ayatollah Fateminia gives us the answers to these questions and more.
\"Tonight, even the doctor is forlorn for he can cure me no longer; these are the last of my breaths.\"

A BRIEF OVERVIEW OF THE ISSUE
Dera Ismail Khan- one of the southern District of North West Frontier Province of Pakistan, has become the slaughterhouse for the Shia community. The banned Sipah-e-Sahaba has indiscriminately killed dozens of innocent Shias including women and children. This also includes precious persons like Doctors, engineers, Professors, Businessmen in this Economically deprived District. So for 84 innocent people have embraced martyrdom. The irony of the fate is that none of the murderers of 84 innocent people have been brought to justice. Although the Police is well aware of the barbaric killers belonging to banned terrorist group Speha-e-Sahaba, yet there is a fear to take action against the terrorists who come in the day light openly & kill innocent civilians. The terrorists also threat the Judges and witnesses thereby influencing the fair trial. Due to fear of terrorists and failure of law enforcing agencies to bring the terrorists to justice in the past, the families of the murdered people even scare to lodge the FIR against the terrorists.
NOTE:
NONE OF THE 84 INNOCENT PEOPLE’S MURDERER IS CAPTURED AND BROUGHT TO JUSTICE BY LAW ENFORCING AGENCIES. RATHER THE TERRORISTS WHO CONFESSED BEFORE THE COURTS WERE SET FREE.

The murderer on foot ran away from the scene with out any problem and police once again failed to trace the perpetrators and the master minds of this heinous crime.
Doctor Ghulam Shabir an MBBS doctor was killed in his clinic on 2 Feb 2000. The culprits once again could not be brought to the justice by those who were responsible to bring them to the justice to create an example, so that nobody else could dare to kill the precious people of Pakistan.

A few months earlier his elder brother Liaqat Imrani- a well known social activist and local journalist, was killed.
On 25 May 2008, 5 innocent Shia belonging to same family and a policeman were killed in the light of a bright day.
FUTURE THREAT
The cause of Shia sufferings in D.I.Khan is Talibanization. The Talibans and other militants trained from Afghanistan belonging to D.I.K and tribal area have ran away from Afghanistan and Tribal area to D.I.Khan & have succeeded to make it a stronghold for themselves. They are not only targeting Shias but also carrying bomb blasts in Video center, Cinemas and Govt: Officials. The recent history of D.I.K has quiet clearly shown it. More prominent innocent Shia personalities are the ‘would be target’ of the sectarian militants
The present activities of the terrorists and the growing influence of Talibanization in the vicinity of this sensitive District poses a great threat to the innocent citizens of Pakistan, especially to Shias.
Conclusion
The present radical trend in a sensitive District like D.I.Khan is a great threat to enlightened, moderate and progressive forces in the country. In the context of D.I.Khan following measures should be taken.
Provincial government should be instructed to use iron hand against the terrorists to insure that the innocent people’s slaughtered is stopped and their life and property is safeguarded.
A free and fair Commission should be constituted to investigate the elements perpetrating terrorism in D.I.Khan.
CONCLUSION CONT….
Community should get united and raise their voice against this brutality.
So come forward
Raise your voice against this cruelty and do what you can
Contribute in whatever way you can
Take action before the fire reaches your home.

Islamic Laws : Marriage » Looking at non-Mahram
2442. It is haraam for man to look at the body or hair of the Non-Mahram women, regardless of whether it is with the intention of pleasure or not, and whether there is a fear of falling into sinful act or not. It is also haraam to look at the faces and the arms, upto the wrists, of such women with the intention of pleasure, or if there is fear of falling into sinful act, and the recommended precaution is that one should not look at their faces or arms even without such an intention.
Similarly, it is haraam for a woman to look at the body of Non-Mahram man, except places which are customarily not covered, like, his face, hands, head, neck and feet. She can look at these parts of a man without the intention of deriving any pleasure, or if there is no fear of being entrapped in any sinful act.
2443. To look at the body of a woman who would not care for Hijab, even if she were advised, is not haraam, provided that it does not lead to sinful act or sexual pleasure, and excitement, nor is it with that intention; and in this rule, there is no distinction between a Muslim and a non-Muslim woman; and also between those parts, like their faces, their hands which they normally do not cover, and other parts of their bodies.
2444. Woman should conceal her body and hair from a man who is non-Mahram, and as an obligatory precaution, she should conceal herself even from a Na-baligh boy who is able to discern between good and evil, and could probably be sexually excited. But she can leave her face and hands upto wrists uncovered in the presence of Na-Mahram, as long as it does not lead him to casting a sinful, evil glance or her to doing something forbidden; for in both these cases, she must cover them.
2445. It is haraam to look at the private parts of a baligh Muslim, even if it is seen behind the glass or reflected in the mirror, or clean water etc. As an obligatory precaution, it is also haraam to look at the genitals of a non-Muslim, and of a discerning Na-baligh child. However, wife and her husband can look at the entire body of each other.
2446. If a man and woman who are Mahram of each other, do not have the intention of sexual pleasure, they can see the entire body of each other excepting the private parts.
2447. A man should not look at the body of another man with the intention of sexual excitement, and also, it is haraam for a woman to look at the body of another woman with the intention of sexual excitement.
2448. A man who is acquainted with a Na-Mahram woman, should not, as a precaution, look at her photograph etc., provided that the woman is not a heedless, commonplace person.
2449. If a woman wants to give an enema to another woman, or to a man other than her husband, or to clean her/his private parts with water, she should cover her hand with such a thing that her hand would not touch the private parts of the other woman or man. And the same applies to a man who wants to give an enema to another man or a woman other than his wife, or to clean his/her private parts with water.
2450. If a woman is rendered helpless by her disease, and if the only helpful treatment to her can be given by a male doctor, she can refer to him. And if that male doctor must look at her to be able to treat her, or to touch her for that matter, there is no objection. However, if he can treat her by looking at her, he should not touch her body, and if he can treat her by touching her body, he should not look at her.
2451. If a person is obliged to look at the private parts of a patient for his/her medical treatment, he should, on the basis of obligatory precaution, place a mirror opposite him/her and look into it.
However, if there is no alternative but to look directly at his/her private parts, there is no objection. Similarly, if the duration of regarding the genitals in the mirror would be longer than looking at them directly, the latter method be adopted.

[Clip] God, why do You take it to Yourself | Agha Ali Reza Panahian Dec.04 2019 Farsi Sub English
God, why do You take it to Yourself?
When we go to a doctor and he gives us a prescription for a very fatal disease, if we don’t do what he says, we won’t constantly apologize to the doctor....
God, why do You take it to Yourself?
When we go to a doctor and he gives us a prescription for a very fatal disease, if we don’t do what he says, we won’t constantly apologize to the doctor. If we apologize to him once, he’ll say, “This doesn’t have anything to do with me.” He’ll certainly say this. He says, “You don’t need to apologize to me.” But, the Almighty God has brought Himself into the middle of human beings’ lives.
I love you more than your mother does! God has created this world in an orderly manner. Look at the universe. In this world, which God has created orderly, He has given will, authority, and freedom to human beings. This human being makes mistakes and does misdeeds. It’s strange that God has called this sinning. “God, I have ruined myself, ‘I have harmed myself.’ (Qur’an 28:16) I have bothered myself. Why do You take it to Yourself?”
A person has put his hand on a butcher block and cut his fingers with a cleaver. “We have harmed ourselves. When we harm ourselves, why do You somehow take it to Yourself?” Why did the Almighty God make the schedule that He gave us with commands, in such a way that any misdeeds we do in this schedule, are against God’s commands? God says, “If you make these mistakes, you have disobeyed me. When you harm yourself, I get upset with you. The things that are in your favour, I order you to do.” God talks with insistence and fervour. He keeps taking people to Heaven or Hell (in the Qur’an)! His talks are totally promotional. “God why do You do this?!”
He replies, “Don’t you understand why I’m upset? I love you more than your mother!” “God, even if You don’t command me, I still have to do these. Why do You involve Your commands in this?” Isn’t this due to the severity of God’s fondness towards His servants? What other philosophy could it have? What is Holy War (Jihad)? Defend yourself against the enemy. What is ethics? You should have a good behaviour. It’s strange that if we don’t do these, God calls them sins. “You have sinned against My command!” “God, why do You get upset when I beat myself?” Doesn’t this show God’s severe fondness towards us? For example, God forbid, is God a mean king that has said something in general and if you don’t listen, He’ll get upset, rage and punish you severely! It is not like this at all. Why should God need this? It’s only due to the severity of His affection. It doesn’t have any other reason.
A person has put his hand on a butcher block and cut his fingers with a cleaver. “Why do You call these sins?! God, why do You take it to Yourself?!” This is very strange. Doesn’t this show God’s severe affection towards us? I love you more than your mother does!

The late Dr. Ahmad Al-Waeli was one of the most knowledgeable scholars the modern Islmaic world had. The late Ayatollah Khomeini called him the mobile Islamic library.
This specific clip was from year 1416 Hijri, the night of 19th of Ramadan, which corresponded to 9th of February of the year 1996 AC, the night that Imam Ali (a.s.), centuries ago, was hit by a poisoned sword when he was performing the morning praying, and he was then martyred two days after that. Consequently the speech is about Imam Ali (a.s.), as it is Shi'it traditions to commemorate these events.
Further, The Commander of the Believers, Imam Ali [a.s.] said: " ...The reward of a religious scholar is greater than the reward of a person who is fasting on days and establishes prayers during the night and fights in the Holy War for the sake of Allah. And, when a religious scholar dies, there will appear a gap in Islam which cannot be compensated except by a replacement of that (kind)." - Bihar-ul-Anwar, vol. 2, p. 43

This video clip, provided to you through MrMehdi Thaqalayn Production on YouTube, is a very rare interview with Ayatollah Sayyed Shahid Dr. Muhammad Huseiney Beheshtey. The topic in this interview, which was held during the beginning of 1980s, was to discuss and present the Main Governmental Laws in Iran.
He was one of the strongest pillars that the Islamic revolution in Iran relied on. This revolution was successfully accomplished year 1979, and transformed the constitutional monarchy of Iran, led by the Shah (King) Muhammad Reza Pahlawi, to an Islamic Republic by referendum.
Ayatollah Dr. Beheshtey was a highly educated scholar. He was born in 1929 in Esfahan, Iran. He dedicated his life for religious and humanitarian studies and reached the level of an academic doctor. He managed five languages fluently; Persian, Arabic, English, Germany and French. He was highly active during his life, and due to that and his endless knowledge the scholars in Qom (Iran) asked him to move to Germany to lead and organize the Muslim society in Hamburg. In 1966 he moved to Hamburg and in five years he founded many Islamic movements and he also managed to found a mosque there. In 1971 he moved back to Iran. Due to the instable political situation he was under house arrest by the governmental intelligence (Savak) then, which feared such a strong personality. This house arrest continued till the revolution was successfully accomplished. Year 1982, i.e. three years after the revolution, he and 71 other important personalities who founded and supported the revolution, were martyred in a bomb blast at the head quarter of their party, "Hezbe Jomhoori" (The Republic Party), during an important meeting they were holding. However, the bombing was carried out by the internationally blacklisted "Mojahedin-e-Khalq Organization", which Imam Khomeini (r.a.) used to refer to it as "Monafiqeen-e-Khalq", i.e. "The Hypocrites of the Creation".
