The coalition of peaceful change forces in Syria held a press conference in the Syrian capital Damascus, affirming the need to multiply efforts for bringing all Syrian sides together on the table of dialogue. A number of political parties, movements and committees issued a statement and welcomed the Russian American initiative that calls for a political resolution of conflict. The coalition said a political solution should be based on ending violence by all sides, rejecting the militarization of the unrest.
