-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 pinch
-Desi ghee (Pure clarified butter) ½ tsp
-Dry fruit mix powder 1 tsp
-Brown sugar or Raw sugar 1 tsp or to taste
Directions:
-In pot,add semolina and roast until fragrant.
-Gradually add milk and mix well until well combined.
-Add cardamom powder and mix well.
-Add pure clarified butter,dry fruit mix powder and mix well.
-Add brown sugar or raw sugar and mix well.
-Cover and cook until desired consistency.

-Sabudana (Sago) 1 tbs (soaked 30 minutes)
-Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup

-Badam (Almonds) ¾ Cup
-Pista (Pistachio) ½ Cup
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) ½ Cup
-Saunf (Fennel seeds) 2 tsp
-Sonth (Dried ginger) ½ inch piece
-Hari elaichi seeds (Green cardamom seeds) powder ½ tsp
-Brown sugar or Raw sugar ½ Cup (optional)
-Jaifil (Nutmeg) powder ½ tsp
Directions:
-In frying pan,add almonds,pistachio,cashew nuts and roast for 2 minutes.
-Add fennel seeds and roast for 1 more minute & let it cool down.
-In mixer,add roasted nuts,dried ginger and green cardamom seeds powder,grind well until fine powder (in batches) & take out in airtight jar.
-In mixer,add brown sugar or raw sugar and grind well & take out in airtight jar.
-Add nutmeg powder and mix well.
-Let it cool completely then store in airtight container.
-Can be serve with porridge,yogurt,cererals,milk,smoothies,shakes,desserts & sweets.
Important instructions:
For babies above 10 months and toddlers, start with adding ¼ TSP & slowly increase it to 1 TSP.
For children of 2 years & above, add 1 TSP to ½ TBS in milk, porridge or cereals.
This powder can be given to babies above 10 months, toddlers & children of all ages

-Chicken boneless cubes ¾ Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Gajar (Carrot) cubes ¼ Cup
-Matar (Peas) boiled ¼ Cup
-Kernel corns boiled ¼ Cup
-Tamatar (Tomato) cubes ½ Cup
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Spiral pasta boiled 2 Cups

-Now pour this batter in the sneezing bottle.
-In frying pan, heat desi ghee and squeeze the bottle and make centric rings with the batter.
-When one side is cooked, turn over and fry the other side.
-After frying, immediately put the fried jalebis in the sugar syrup. The sugar syrup should be slightly warm when you add jalebis in it.

-Keep them in the sugar syrup for about 2-3 minutes.

For Gulab Jamun:
-In bowl,add dry milk powder,all-purpose flour,baking powder,cardamom seeds and mix well.

-Add milk and mix well,cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-Wet your hands with water and knead until smooth dough.
-Now makes 10-12 small smooth balls of same size,make sure they have no cracks.
-In wok,heat ghee and fry on low flame while stirring gently.

Gulab Jamun with Milk Powder Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Sheera (Sugar syrup):
-Pani (Water) 2 Cups
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) slightly crushed 7-8
Gulab Jamun:
-Dry milk powder 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Hari elaichi (Cardamom) seeds ½ tsp
-Ghee 3 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
-Ghee for frying
Directions:
For Sheera (Sugar syrup):
-In saucepan,add water,sugar,cardamom and cook until sugar is dissolved.
For Gulab Jamun:
-In bowl,add dry milk powder,all-purpose flour,baking powder,cardamom seeds and mix well.
-Add ghee and mix until crumbled.
-Add milk and mix well,cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
-Wet your hands with water and knead until smooth dough.
-Now makes 10-12 small smooth balls of same size,make sure they have no cracks.
-In wok,heat ghee and fry on low flame while stirring gently.
-Make sure ghee is not very hot otherwise gulab jamun will not cook well from inside or will burn.
-When gulab jamuns becomes golden,add them directly to the hot sugar syrup and leave it for 30 minutes.
-Garnish with pistachio and serve.

-Ab is mein sa ek size ki 10-12 choti smooth balls bana lein,is baat ka khayal rakhein ka balls mein koi cracks na hun.
-Karhai mein ghee garam karein aur halki ancch per fry ker lein aur musalsal stir kertay rahein.
-Is baat ka khayal rakhein ka ghee bohat ziyada garam na ho werna gulab jamun ander sa kachay reh jayenga ya phr jal jayenga.
-Jab gulab jamun golden ho jayen tou foran garam sheeray mein dal dein aur 30 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein.

-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tbs or to taste
-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & sliced
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum)
-Cheddar cheese grated as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated as required
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
-Dried basil leaves
Directions:
-Add cuts on chicken pieces.
-In bowl,add tomato ketchup,BBQ sauce,sriracha sauce,ginger garlic paste,salt,paprika powder,cumin powder,red chili powder and mix well.
-Add chicken pieces,mix well and marinate for 2 hours.
-Grease baking tray with oil and place marinated chicken piece.

-Cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes then cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-In pot,add corn oil,green cardamom,black cardamom,black peppercorns,cloves,cinnamon sticks,bay leaves and mix.
-Add coriander powder,red chili powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add tomatoes and mix well.
-Add yogurt and mix well.
-Now add cooked chicken mixture,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chilies,mix well and cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Add dried plums and mix well.
-Take out half of the chicken mixture in a bowl and set aside.
-Add fried onion,boiled rice,remining chicken gravy,fried onion,biryani masala,lemon slices and remaining boiled rice.
-In kewra water,add yellow food color and mix well.
-Add dissolve food color,fried onion,cover and steam cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.

-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 3-4
-Aloo bukhara (Dried plums) 8-9

-Chawal (Rice) basmati 700 gms (soaked & boiled until 3/4th done)
-Biryani masala 1 tbs
-Lemon slices
-Kewra water 2 tbs
-Zarda ka rang (Yellow food color) ½ tsp or as required
-Pyaz (Onion) fried
Directions:
-In wok,add water,turmeric powder,salt,cumin seeds,ginegr garlic paste and mix well.
-Add onion,chicken and mix well.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes then cook on high flame for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
-In pot,add corn oil,green cardamom,black cardamom,black peppercorns,cloves,cinnamon sticks,bay leaves and mix.
-Add coriander powder,red chili powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder,mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add tomatoes and mix well.
-Add yogurt and mix well.
-Now add cooked chicken mixture,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add fresh coriander,mint leaves,green chilies,mix well and cook on high flame until oil separates.
-Add dried plums and mix well.
-Take out half of the chicken mixture in a bowl and set aside.
-Add fried onion,boiled rice,remining chicken gravy,fried onion,biryani masala,lemon slices and remaining boiled rice.
-In kewra water,add yellow food color and mix well.
-Add dissolve food color,fried onion,cover and steam cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.

-Karhai mein pani,haldee powder,namak,zeera aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz aur chicken dal dein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Dhak dein aur halki ancch per 5-6 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein corn oil,hari elaichi,badi elaichi,sabut kali mirch,laung,darchini aur tez paat dal ker mix karein.
-Dhania powder,lal mirch powder,garam masala powder aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dahi shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab cooked chicken mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka ein.
-Hara dhania,podina aur hari mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Aloo bukhara dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Ek bowl mein adha chicken mixture nikal lein & side per rakh dein.
-Fried pyaz,boiled chawal,baqi bache hoye chicken gravy,fried pyaz,biryani masala,lemon slices aur remaining boiled chawal dal dein.
-Kewra water mein zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dissolve zarda ka rang aur fried pyaz dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya steam cook ker lein.
