How do you Make Change When Someone Gives Too Much Money? Change is the amount of money you receive back when you make a purchase. To make change, subtract the price of the purchase from the amount of money given. Remember, that when you subtract money, you have to line up the decimals. If there is no decimal, it is understood to be at the end of the number. #numbers #educationalvideosforkids #math

A refreshingly uplifting look at an otherwise deeply unnerving subject. You’ve seen it before: the pyramid and the eye. It is known as the reverse of the Great Seal of America. Could there be a correlation between the one-eye symbol used by America today and the prophecies concerning the Dajjal? There are many ahadith which discuss the nature of the Dajjal and sometimes, people get confused going into too many details – it is ABSOLUTELY VITAL to focus on what we KNOW. Not to get tangled up in secondary tangents. We must focus on the overall information that has been passed down to us from the Noble Prophet (S). What does this symbol represent? What is the SEAL of Islam and the SEAL of the enemies of Islam?

Just over 50 years of the death of Muhammad (the last Prophet of Islam), the Muslim rulership was sliding into corruption under the tyrant Yazid, from the Ummayad family.
Hussain the son of Ali and the grandson of Muhammad took a stand against Yazid’s evil rule. Whilst Yazid was feared and hated for his ruthlessness, Hussain was loved and respected by society. Yazid realised this, and understood that if he could convince Hussain to support him, the people would too.
Hussain had a choice. To support the tyrant and live a comfortable life full of luxury, or to refuse and likely be killed for his decision. What should he do? What would you or I do? For Hussain he could not live his life as a supporter of tyranny, and the choice for him was simple. Hussain refused. He said “I only desire to spread good values and prevent evil”

Brand new series, GAME OVER exploring Islamic concepts and answering some of the most topical questions of our time.
One of the most commonly raised questions in the minds of our youth is whether our non-Muslim classmates will go to heaven or not.
It’s a question that adults have too - what about my Christian peers at work? What about someone who isn’t a Muslim, but they’re a decent human being?
What about that celebrity I really like, but Allah hasn’t guided them to Islam? Doesn’t it suffice for someone to be a good person?
And the follow-up question is inevitably that if non-Muslims will go to heaven, why should I be a Muslim then?
Shaykh Muzaffer Hyder clears the air with precision and arguments from the Holy Quran.
And the answer just may lead you to a greater understanding of your own journey towards Allah…

Sometimes we end up committing sins, which is bad enough, but sometimes we go a few steps ahead and do something even worse.
What is that something worse that we might end up doing after we have committed a sin?
And why is that something so bad?
And what do we attribute to Allah when we say \\\"It\\\'s All God\\\'s Fault\\\"?
Finally, what does Allah actually want for us?
Sayyid Shahryar explains using the wise and eloquent words of the tenth divinely appointed Imam, Imam Ali ibne Muhammad al-Naqi (A).
Hey, remember, it\\\'s never God\\\'s fault, but it most probably is yours.
Still, it\\\'s never too late to make amends, even if it is your fault.

?The Imam should be Infallible (inerrant-sinless) from all sins. Why + The Imam is appointed because the people can make a mistake. So there must be someone to protect them. But if that person were also likely to make mistake then he too will be in need of another Imam, leader or guide. ==============================
Human beings don’t seek to achieve anything unless they have an inner knowledge of it. People don’t start with learning and experiencing. People start every action and their life with a kind of restlessness. What does being restless mean? They understand something is within themselves and they look for it. There is some obscure asset, but we don’t know exactly what it is and we don’t know why we’re restless. So we try to find it. It’s the same when people are choosing a goal. They constantly think, “What goal is better for me?” An inner knowledge helps them in choosing their goal. When you reach this goal, you say, “You are what eases my restless heart.”
More than trying to choose our goal, we must try to find our goal within ourselves. We ourselves must discover what our goal is, not what our goal should be. We have an inner knowledge within us for choosing our goal. God hasn’t created us without a goal. So choosing a goal is not in our hands. Our goal in life has been chosen for us from before. “O human beings, surely you must strive (to attain) to your Lord, a hard striving until you meet Him.” [Qur’an 84:6] You will eventually meet God, but you will suffer on this path. This won’t be easy. It’s complicated and difficult. [God says,] “I’ve created you in this way. So go wherever you want.”
This is the only suitable goal for a person. Not being suitable doesn’t mean being valueless. It means it’s impossible. [So we’re not saying,] “Try not to choose any other goals!” No, you aren’t able to choose another goal. Other things can’t be your goal. They won’t set you on fire. This is our nature. “The nature made by God in which He has made men.” [Qur’an 30:30] We have been created in a way that this is what we want.
How did the Commander of the Faithful, Ali (as), choose his goal? One is surprised at this. What was the Imam’s feeling about his goal - getting close to God? Imam Husayn (as) said, “Whenever I saw my father, the Commander of the Faithful (as), he was crying.” O Imam, what is this goal doing to you? We know in general that this goal is probably God and getting close to Him. We don’t have Imam Ali’s (as) wisdom. We can’t imagine, “O Imam, you constantly cried for this? You cried for it every night. What had this goal done to you?! Tell me a little so that it may affect me some too. Why am I so unfeeling?!”
In the story narrated by Nauf, he said the same thing. He saw Imam Ali (as) was restless as he was moving away. He asked the Imam, “Where are you going?” See what Imam said. “I’m going toward my longings.” O Imam, may I be sacrificed for you. What are your longings? Nauf asked the Imam, “What are your longings?” He knew the answer in general but wanted to know more.
Do you know how the Imam responded? What innocence! What glory! He said, “The One Who should know my longings, knows.” He didn’t answer. He wanted to talk to God Himself. Imam, so you have a longing, but you can rest now. God knows you. You love Him. And He loves you. So why do you want to go and cry?! You’re friends with God! One cannot understand this. The fact that we can’t understand Imam Ali (as) shows that we haven’t yet found this goal and it hasn’t set us on fire yet.
We should be calm, like a still water in which the bottom of the pond can be seen. O goal, pull us to you and captivate us. Introduce yourself to me.
So choosing a goal is not in our hands. Our goal in life has been chosen for us from before. “O human beings, surely you must strive (to attain) to your Lord, a hard striving until you meet Him.” [Qur’an 84:6] You will eventually meet God. Aba al-Fazl (as) came to say goodbye to Husayn (as). My I be sacrificed for how you’re crying. How did Husayn (as) use to show his affection to Abbas (as)? When calling him, Husayn (as) used to say, “May I be sacrificed for you.” He loved him very much. I don’t know how Zaynab (as) used to call Abbas (as). These were their private conversations. Imam Husayn, his Imam, said, “May I be sacrificed for you.” Zaynab was his sister and sisters are more compassionate, tender-hearted and loving. She was a sister and full of affection.
For example, consider when they were on the way. It was God’s mercy that detailed memories of this caravan while travelling to Karbala have not been recorded. [It’s as if they say,] “Why do you want to know?” For example, they haven’t recorded Zaynab saying, “My Abbas, get Ali Asghar. Hug Ruqayya for a minute.” I want to say, “O Aba al-Fazl, don’t go into the battlefield. Don’t go. I plead you.”
Abbas came to say goodbye. Husayn (as) said, “Do you want to leave Husayn alone?” Alas for Abbas’s sorrows and sufferings. O Abbas, go and see what you can do for Husayn (as). You will have to become a martyr. But at least bring this waterskin back with some water so that you can relieve your sorrow a little by doing this. Abbas had so much hope and picked up that waterskin so confidently that the children felt less thirsty. They told each other, “Our uncle is going to bring water.” “Did you see how our uncle picked up the waterskin?! That’s it. Rabab, hold onto Ali Asghar. Water is coming. The way our uncle picked up the waterskin shows that we’ll have water soon.” When the enemies would beat Husayn’s children while traveling to Damascus, they would call for their uncle! How could they tell the children that their uncle would not return anymore?! He picked up the waterskin so confidently that everyone thought the same.
Abbas (as) expected the same. There is a sentence in history books that shows Aba al-Fazl was surprised himself too. When his hands were cut off, he didn’t care. But as soon as an arrow struck his waterskin, it is said that Abbas stood still. O Abbas, you didn’t expect this? It was then that he begged God to take him [due to his shame].

Some parents are constantly questioning their children who are students. Whenever he or she comes home from school or the father enters the house, the parents ask about the child’s studies and immediately tell him/her to study. They immediately blame him/her, “Why didn’t you study? Why aren’t you studying now? Why are you playing now?” They immediately ask about the children’s grades and blame them if their grades are low. They immediately compare them with others.
If parents do these things, it’s because of their compassion. But in doing this, they make their children hate studying. Plus, the children will start hating themselves too.
If immediately after returning home from school every day, or immediately after the father comes home every day, a child is questioned, preached to and punished, this isn’t useful. Why do you do this? It will get worse. A child will become fed up. Why? Because some ideas will become formed in his mind. [He’ll think,] “Father means punishment if you don’t study.” Having this idea about his father is not good, and the child will become distanced from him.
And yet, the reason behind these behaviors is that the parents are worried about their children and love them. They don’t care about other people’s studies and don’t direct others like this. They don’t care if others become wretched or become prosperous. The parents are worried about you, their child. This is the reason for their behavior, but this reason isn’t seen. What is seen? The bitterness of ordering, preaching, blaming, and checking up on them.
Dear parents, even when your child returns home after an exam, exams that are held occasionally, don’t ask them about it immediately. Say, “How was the weather? Did you play after your test?” Wait one or two hours, then ask, “By the way, how was your test?” so that they won’t feel stressed. Why am I saying this? Your child shouldn’t think you are just judging, checking, blaming and punishing him. So when parents want to train their child, they must be careful of the bitter feelings that may be created.
Training needs an introduction, should be occasional and must be done using different ways so as not to create negative feelings. If parents are constantly preaching, checking, blaming and asking about the child’s studies, he will start hating his parents and also hate his studies. He will also think negatively about the home, and the home environment will be irritating for him.

If parents are constantly preaching, checking, blaming and asking about the child’s studies, he will start hating his parents and also hate his studies. He will also think negatively about the home, and the home environment will be irritating for him.

Our old friend has shot himself in the foot. And this time, he has gone a little too far.
In his dubious lecture titled, “’British Shi\\\'ism\\\' - Dr. Sayed Ammar Nakshawani” - jam-packed full of fallacies and disinformation - Nakshawani boldly claimed, “Ayatollah Khamenei was of those who had attacked the British Shia community”.
He attempted to hijack the term, “British Shiaism” and mislead his listeners into thinking that it refers to the entire Shia population in the UK.
Shaykh Muzaffer Abbas Hyder - a scholar who was born, raised and educated in South London, England - refutes the false assertions of Nakshawani. In fact, Nakshawani has manipulated the truth.
How does Nakshawani attempt to emotionally manipulate his audience in order to rile up contempt for Imam Khamenei and the Islamic Revolution?
How does Nakshawani exploit the insecurities, attachments and heritage of the Shia population in the UK in order to deceive them?
How does Nakshwani fully reveal himself as an open supporter of the deviant, extremist Shirazi cult and sectarian adherents of British Shiaism?
How does Nakshawani attempt to downplay the significance of the Islamic Revolution?
Is Nakshawani part of a cultish, sectarian outfit which is furthering the agenda of the British Regime; to deviate a number of Shias and create a new deviant “sect”?
It is the duty of every believer to recognize those who are misleading the society and to speak out against them. We will reveal how all the deviant attempts of the enemies will #backfire against them, Insha\\\'Allah.

Our condolences to all the believers, all across the world, wherever they are, upon the holy months of Muharram and Safar.
This year, countless millions across the world once again proudly commemorated the mission of Imam Husayn ibn Ali (A) and most eagerly mourned over the martyrdom of Imam Husayn (A), and his family members and companions who accompanied his eminence into the divine hands of martyrdom as they stood up for Truth and Justice against the overwhelming forces of evil and falsehood.
What did Imam Husayn (A), Imam Sajjad (A), and lady Zaynab (A) use the tragedy of Karbala for; what did they spread via the tragedy of Karbala?
What is a famous tradition from the Messenger of Allah (S) which tells the Muslims what they need if they are to forever remain rightly guided?
Why did Yazeed not want Imam Sajjad (A) to give a speech, when the Imam (A) was brought to the court of Yazeed as a captive?
How is this instance relative to the present-day?
And how does the Saud tribe relate to the same aforementioned instance?
Why are the so-called super powers of the world remain silent in the face of humanitarian rights abuses by countries that are subservient to them?
What are Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei manifestations of?
Why did Imam Husayn (A) rise up and what does the love for Allah have to do with this?
And what is the connection between the true love of Allah and our actions?
Finally, what are some of the reasons that we live in all too imperfect and chaotic world, and what can we do about it?
In order to answer these questions and more, we humbly invited Shaykh Mustafa Samari from the Federal Republic of Nigeria to speak to us about and ask us that when it comes to the sacrifice of Imam Husayn (A), his companions, his relatives, and his family members, \\\"Was It For The Love of Allah?\\\"
Salutations be upon Husayn!
Salutations be upon Ali ibne Husayn!
Salutations be upon the children of Husayn!
Salutations be upon the companions of Husayn!

In this world full of discord and misguidance, the Messenger of Allah (S) gives three pieces of advice that can help us get through the maze.
What are those three pieces of advice?
And when these pieces of advice are put in question form, what kind of questions would they be?
And \\\\\\\"Can You Answer Just 3 Questions?\\\\\\\"
Well, in this One Minute Wisdom, Sayyid Shahryar uses the wise words of the holy Prophet Muhammad (S) to shed a little light on three questions that we need to answer, and their answers will give us a shining light for guidance.

What did Imam Khomeini (R) say in his first Hajj message after the victory of the Islamic Revolution?
Where was Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei during this first Hajj after the victory of the Islamic Revolution?
What did Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei hear on the radio that was concerning to him?
How did Imam Khomeini (R) support the students that took over the American Embassy in Tehran?
What did Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei do in order to clarify the truth in opposition to the fraudulent media campaign by the mass media to portray that the American hostages were being mistreated by the Islamic Republic?
And what was said in a conversation between Imam Khomeini (R) and Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Khamenei, when the pressure from the mass media and the world became a little too overwhelming?
Did the American government ever fully abide by the Algiers Agreement that they agreed to?
And finally, what is a famous statement by John Negroponte, that explains why there hasn\'t occurred a coup d’état in the United States of America?
This short 3-part documentary helps to clarify and explain some of the ins and outs, when in 1979, Iranian students loyal to Imam Khomeini (R) embarked upon \"The Second Revolution and \"Capturing the Den of Espionage\".

With all God’s power in designing and managing, He doesn’t have anything to do other than taking us on a journey! You just need to know and declare your faults to God at dawn [when praying]. Sit in the car for the rest of the day and God will take you.
If you pay attention to your faults for a while, it will become easy for you. You’ll see the enjoyable results and won’t fear seeing your faults. Then you’ll see more of your faults. And you’ll see God hasn’t asked you for anything other than for you to see your faults. Get up at dawn, review your faults [before God] and see how He will manage your life till night. God won’t let you make mistakes. He will allow you to do some deeds to uplift yourself. He’ll take you to the paths where less bad events will happen for you. Your life will be fun.
Have you seen how some people join tours that take them around? The tours ask people to join their group and they charge them too. People easily pay for such things and ask these tours to take them around. [They say,] “We don’t know which parts of this city are fun to see.” Tour leaders say, “I’ll take you around.” They stop at different places and explain for them. [In the same way,] Almighty God makes a person’s life like going on a picnic. You only need to know and declare your faults [to God] at dawn. Sit in the car for the rest of the day and God will take you. He says, “I have planned this for you today.” You yourself will start to realize what’s going on.
It’s like you’re sitting in a personal trailer, not in a bus with forty other people. I mean a recreational vehicle that’s like a complete house. It’s a nice house. Imagine if someone is there who explains for you, “I want to take you to these places today. I saw that you have that certain problem and this herb is good for you. So I’m taking you to the farm where they have it. Also, I see you need this certain kind of exercise. So I’ll take you to a mountain for climbing, and this will help heal your leg pain. You also have that other problem, and there is a place for mineral water on our way.” “How beautiful you design everything for me!”
God doesn’t have anything to do other than this! With all God’s power in designing and managing,
He doesn’t have anything to do other than taking us on a journey! [In the Qur’an] when God wants to say He’s giving the worst punishment to a person, He says, “I abandoned him.” The Holy Prophet of Islam would constantly pray, “O God, don’t ever leave me on my own for even the blink of an eye.” Don’t leave me on my own. Plan for me. Take me on a picnic. Take me like a tour leader who takes people around and shows things to them.
How does this come about? I swear this is the result of a person getting up at dawn and seeing and knowing his faults. With all God’s power in designing and managing, He doesn’t have anything to do other than taking us on a journey! Get up at dawn, review your faults [before God]
and see how He will manage your life till night.
