Fast and easy curried corn infused with spices and coconut milk bringing pure satisfaction to the taste buds as well as a crunch from the corn!!
Recepi:
3 cans of corn (washed and drained)
2 tbsp of olive oil
3 to 4 currey leaves
2 tbsp tomato paste
Sambal to taste
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp of turmeric
11/2 tbsp of mango powder
2 tbsp dried parsly flakes
lemon juice to taste
1 14 oz can of coconut milk
salt to taste
fresh parsley chopped
Method: In a sauce pan on med high heat add about 2 tbsp of olive oil once heated add the curry leaves and the mustard seeds, once the mustard seeds pop go ahead and add the cumin and the rest of the spices. Stir the spices to infuse the flavors than go ahead and add the coconut milk, once the coconut milk boils than do a taste taste and if perfect go ahead and add the corn until well combined, lastly add the fresh parsley and serve... You can garnish with fresh parsley leaves and dried parsley flakes... enjoy!!!!!!

Plate it with salad, curled carrots, sliced lemons and sliced lime, give the turkey a squeeze of fresh lemon and enjoy. Let turkey rest at lest 1/2 hour before you carve it. Btw my family really enjoyed the turkey I hope you all do too!!!!!

Slice the potatoes half way through making sure not to go all the way through use a guide to help not cutting all the way through than put the potatoes in ice water as this will help open them up a little.
Mix all the ingredients in the butter except the potatoes than soften the butter in the microwave making sure you don't melt it, and spread it on and in between the potatoes. Reserve some butter to spread on the potatoes after the potatoes are baked. Sprinkle some more pepper on top of the potatoes and stick it in the oven for about an hour or until potatoes are fork tender. Plate the potatoes and garnish with sumac or paprika. Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 2 large
-Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
-Tez paat (Bay leaf) 1
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kahmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chili) powder ½ tsp
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 2 tbs
-Kaju powder (Cashew powder) 1 tbs
-Chicken powder 1 tsp
-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
-Paneer (Cottage cheese) cubes 1 & ½ Cups
-Cream 2 tbs (optional)
-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In wok,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft.
-In chopper,add onion+tomato mixture and water,blend to make a puree & set aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil,green cardamom,cinnamon stick,bay leaf and mix.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add red chili powder and mix well.
-Now add pureed tomatoes & onion,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add turmeric powder,salt,kashmiri red chili powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,gram flour,cashew powder,chicken powder,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add cottage cheese cubes and mix gently.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream and mix well.
-Turn on the flame and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander & serve!

Directions:
-In wok,add cooking oil,onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes are soft.
-In chopper,add onion+tomato mixture and water,blend to make a puree & set aside.
-In wok,add cooking oil,green cardamom,cinnamon stick,bay leaf and mix.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add red chili powder and mix well.
-Now add pureed tomatoes & onion,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add turmeric powder,salt,kashmiri red chili powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder,gram flour,cashew powder,chicken powder,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Add cottage cheese cubes and mix gently.
-Cover and cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream and mix well.
-Turn on the flame and cook for 2 minutes.
-Add dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander & serve!

-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Kasuri meethi aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.

Ingredients:
Chicken Filling:
-Chicken boneless cubes 250 gms
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Mixed herbs 1 tsp
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
White Sauce:
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed ½ tbs
-Cream 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Italian seasoning 1 tsp
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1
-Cheddar cheese grated 1/4 Cup
-Mon salwa Chicken Seekh kabab
Pizza Dough:
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ½ tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tbs
-Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) 3/4 tsp
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Assembling:
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Cooked chicken
-Mushrooms sliced
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
-Cheddar cheese grated
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
-Mozzarella cheese grated
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
-Namak (Salt) 1 pack
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Filling:
-In bowl,add chicken,salt,black pepper powder,mixed herbs,garlic,mix well & set aside.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken,mix well and cook until chicken is done & set aside.
Prepare White Sauce:
-In saucepan,add butter and let it melt.
-Add garlic and mix.
-Add cream and mix well.
-Add salt,black pepper powder,italian seasoning,fresh parsley and mix well.
-In egg yolk,add 1-2 tbs of prepared white sauce and whisk well.
-Now add in saucepan and mix well.
-Add cheddar cheese and mix until cheese melts & set aside.
-Stuffed chicken seekh kabab with prepared white sauce & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
-In small jug,add instant yeast,sugar,lukewarm water and mix,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix.
-Add cooking oil,dissolve yeast mixture and mix well.
-Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed.
-Grease dough with oil,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes or until double in size (warm place).
-Knead dough again,sprinkle corn flour and divide into two equal parts.
-Take one part and make a ball,sprinkle corn flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Assembling:
-Now place rolled dough on greased baking pan,add mozzarella cheese and stuff the edges of the dough with stuffed seekh kabab and roll dough inwards to close.
-Prick with fork and add prepared white sauce and spread evenly.
-Add mozzarella cheese,cooked chicken,mushrooms,onion,red chili crushed,cheddar cheese,capsicum, mozzarella cheese and sprinkle red chili crushed (makes 2 large pizza).
Option # 1: Baking in Oven
-Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 15 minutes.
Option # 2: Baking without Oven
-In pot,add 1 pack of salt,place wire rack (min 2“high),cover and heat on high flame for 15 minutes.
-Place pizza,cover and let it cook on medium low flame for 15-20 minutes.
