Preparation for bechamel chicken: Transfer sliced potatoes into a pyrex tray Salt - Blackpepper - Thyme Olive oil Place the potatoes On 200C(400F) pre-heated oven, bake for around 20 minutes (It shouldnt become golden brown) Pour vegetable oil into a pan and then fry the onions Add sliced garlic When it color turn white add red peppers and Italian peppers, add tomato paste add black pepper, paprika, salt now let\'s start to make bechamel sauce Preparation for Bechamel Sauce Transfer the butter into a pot Add in the flour Gradually stir in the milk Keep stirring, let it boil for 5 minutes Season with black pepper and salt Turn the heat off and let it chill Transfer onto half baked potatoes Spread some mozzarella cheese on it Bake for about 25-30 minutes on 200C (400F) pre heated oven

Ing:
1/2 cup to 1 cup oil to pan fry the meat
2 lbs of fat free meat
Marinade for meat
1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper
salt to taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp of cornstarch to be added after 20 min
Pan fry the meat and keep it aside
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
1 cup green bell peppers sliced thinly
1 cup red bell peppers sliced thinly
7 to 8 spring onions cut about 11/2 inches
prepare and keep aside
For the sauce

-In lukewarm water,add sugar and instant yeast,mix & let it sit for 15 minutes.
-In bowl add flour, orange food color,ghee melted,gram flour,yeast mixture,water and make a batter of desired consistency. Let it rest for 10 minutes and consume immediately (within 10-15 minutes).
-Now pour this batter in the sneezing bottle.
-In frying pan, heat desi ghee and squeeze the bottle and make centric rings with the batter.
-When one side is cooked, turn over and fry the other side.
-After frying, immediately put the fried jalebis in the sugar syrup. The sugar syrup should be slightly warm when you add jalebis in it.
-Turn over after a minute so that both sides are coated with the syrup.
-Keep them in the sugar syrup for about 2-3 minutes.
-Remove jablebis with the help of tong and shake lightly so that excess sugar syrup.
-Jalebi is ready to serve.

Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Falsay (Grewia) washed ½ Kg
-Pani (Water) 1 Cup
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 kg
-Pani (Water) 1 litre
-Lemon juice ¼ Cup
-Kala namak (Black salt) 1 & ½ tbs
-Falsa sharbat (Grewia syrup) 2 tbs or to taste
-Ice cubes
-Pani (Water) chilled 1 Cup
Directions:
-In pot,add grewia and water,mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
-Cover and cook on low flame until soft (5-6 minutes).
-Now mash well with masher then strain with the help of the strainer by adding little water in between, discard seeds & set aside.
-In wok,add sugar and water,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved and continue cook until syrup thickens.
-Now add cooked grewia pulp,mix well and cook on medium low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add lemon juice,black salt and mix well,bring it to boil and cook for 5-6 minutes.
-Let it cool down.
-Can be stored in refrigerator for up to a month (yields 1.5 litres).
-In serving glass,add grewia syrup,ice cubes and water.
-Stir & serve.

-Pani (Water) 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Baking soda 1 pinch
-Yellow food color 1-2 drops
-Green food color 1-2 drops
-Red food color 1-2 drops
-Cooking oil for frying
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 & ½ Cup
-Pani (Water) 3/4 Cup
Directions:
-In bowl,add gram flour,gradullay add water and whisk until smooth batter is formed.
-Add cooking oil,baking soda and whisk again.
-Divide the batter into three equal portion.
-Add yellow color,green color,red color and whisk well & set aside.
-Heat cooking oil in a wok,hold perforated spoon (a big round spoon with multiple small holes in it) and pour prepared batter on the spoon.Tap its edges so the droplets of batter fall in the cooking oil.
-Repeat the same process and fry on medium flame until crispy.
-In wok,add sugar and water,mix well and cook until sugar is dissolved and syrup is thick.
-Put fried boondiyan in warm sugar syrup and mix well,cover and let it soak for 4-6 hours until sugar syrup is completely absorbed by boondi & serve!

Boil these four ing until the lentils are tender but not mushy!
Ing needed to be pureed
1/2 of a large Onion
2 Tomatoes
puree these ingredients and keep it aside for later use
Wagaar/Making the curry
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4 to 5 Curry Leaves (tear the pieces)
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Mango Powder
turn off when the spices are done and keep it aside
Tomato Paste (optional) only needed to increase the reddishness of the curry
Salt to taste
fresh Coriander chopped for garnishing

Once the lentils are cooked, make sure you remove the cloves and cinnamon stick, turn your stove on and in a sauce pan add 1 tsp of olive oil and add the onion and tomato puree as well as the curry mix we had made and let cook until you think the raw flavor is gone, I added 2 table spoons of tomato paste because I didn\\\'t like the color, but this step is completely optional. Stir all the ingredients really well, add salt and do a taste test, if the taste is right for you than go ahead and add the boiled lentils, making sure you stir it gently until all the ingredients have incorporated well. This can be served with flat bread (rotis) or rice as well as puris.

21 oz package oreo cookies crushed (middle part taken out)
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Keep about 1/3 cup crushed oreos and a couple of the cookies for garnishing on the side
Mix both the crushed oreo cookies and butter, and put it in a 8 inch springform pan and keep aside
16 oz fat free sour cream
8 oz cool whip you can get the fat free one if you like
3 8 oz blocks of 1/3 less fat cream cheese (room temperature)
1 whole mango puree
1 tsp fresh lime juice
1/2 cup powder sugar
Method:
Make your crust and keep it aside. In a big mixing bowl add the cream cheese blocks, splash of lime juice, and sour cream beat this until nice and creamy, next add the mango puree and beat again till nice and smooth, at this time do a taste test and add powder sugar and do another taste to make sure you are happy with the sweetness, next add the whipped topping or cool whip and fold it in and make sure all the ingredients are mixed in well. 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste
1/3 cup white flour
1/4 cup powdered sugar for dusting
5 raspberries for garnish
1 tsp unsalted butter for coating the ramekins
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (only for coating the ramekins)
couple mint leaves to garnish (optional)
pinch of salt
2 8 oz ramekins
Method:
In a big microwave bowl melt the butter and add the chocolate chips and stir to melt, if needed can be stuck back in the microwave to make a nice smooth mixture. Keep it aside and butter your ramekins and also coat it with a light dusting of the cocoa. In the same bowl you have the butter and chocolate mixture add the beaten eggs, coffee, vanilla, give this mixture a good stir lastly add the flour in it and again mix it really well till all the ingredients have combined really well finish it by adding the pinch of salt and you are all set to put these in the oven. Bake for 12 to 15 min, monitor the cakes starting at 10 min the sides should be cooked and the middle should be soft and it should be a little concave in the center. Very gently flip it on to a plate you want to serve and be careful the ramekins are going to be hot, dust with powdered sugar, add the mint leaves and raspberries and enjoy!
This can also be made earlier and popped in the oven just before serving it to your guests.

-Baking tray per butter paper laga ker coated chicken pieces rakh dein.
-Preheated oven mein 180 C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Option # 2: To Air Fry
-Air fryer machine mein coated chicken pieces rakh dein aur 180 C per 10 minutes kliya air fry or golden brown hunay tak deep fry ker lein.
