Ing:
For the salad
1 head of lettuce shredded

2 tbsp sugar
1 pkt ramen noodles
t tbsp unsalted butter
Dressing
3/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp soya sauce
Method:
Shred lettuce and red cabbage, put them in a salad bowl and keep aside.
In a frying pan, melt butter over medium low heat and add sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, sugar and ramen noodles and saute them until golden brown, let the mixture cool down completely, before you mix with the salad. Also make sure to mix the salad just before yo serve it otherwise it will become soggy. In a bottle or different container mix the dressing ingredients, and shake well. Mix the nut mixture and the dressing just before you serve.

A delicious traditional Indian dessert that is sweet and easy to make! It will make any occasion extra special!
Ing:
2 to 3 cups of oil for frying
For the syrup
2 cups sugar

Ing:
2 to 3 cups of oil for frying
For the syrup
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
1/4 tsp crushed cardamoms
5 to 7 strands of saffron
Ing for the mixture:
12 oz or 341 grams mawa (grated)
3/4 cup soji or semolina
3/4 cup milk
2 tbsp milk (maybe needed to bind the dough)
Put it on the stove and boil till it reaches a one thread consistency take it off the stove and keep it warm.

Mix these two ingredients together and keep it aside for about 2 hours.
Method:
In a bowl combine the two ingredients the soji and the milk, keep this aside for about 2 hours, in the mean time make the syrup and maintain the temperature on low to keep it warm. Once the mixture is soaked in add the grated mawa in it and knead the dough really well, you might need to put the extra two tablespoons of milk in it, start with adding 1 tbsp at a time. Once the dough is kneaded really really well fry them on a med low heat till it reaches the color you desire. If you like the gulab jamuns to soak up all the syrup and be very soft then add the jamuns in hot syrup if you want it not to soak in too much syrup then keep them aside once they cool then add it to the warm syrup and let the jamuns sit in there for a couple of hours!

1 tbsp ginger and garlic
1 tbsp nihari masala
1 fresh lime juiced
2 tbsp white flour
1/2 cup water
salt to taste
fresh ginger Julienned for garnishing
1/4 cup canola oil (1/2 cup was a bit too much)
Method:

While you are making the pickle keep an eye on the chicken turning it occasionally. Make sure not to over cook the chicken as doing this will make the chicken really tough and dry. Add the flour and water mixture in the curry and stir till it thickens up a bit. If you want more gravy add more water to it, if you want the nihary thick than don\\\'t add the extra water. 2 cups oil
2 lbs chicken breast cut in long strips
1 tbsp ginger and garlic
salt to taste
1/2 tsp of pepper
3/4 tsp lemon pepper
Marinate your chicken
1 cup white flour
season the flour with
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
eggs
season eggs with
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
11/2 cups panko bread crumbs
season the panko bread crumbs with 1 tbsp dried parsley flakes
Method:
Start of by preparing your chicken and marinating it. Get all your other ingredients and season that well too, next take a chicken strip dip it in flour first, then egg, then lastly dip it in panko bread crumbs and make sure it\'s coated well, prepare all of them and if you are baking them put them on a greased pan and stick them in the oven, if you are going to fry them heat your oil, test your oil if it sizzles then add the chicken strips in one by one on med heat, it should take 5 to 7 minutes for the chicken to cook through!
Bake the chicken for about 25 to 30 minutes making sure it is cooked through! I served them with homemade fries!

1 sugar to the yeast in
1 cup water
salt to taste
1 egg
7 tbsp oil
Method:
Sift your flour in the container you are going to knead your dough next add salt, egg, and olive oil, mix it really well, now slowly start adding the water and yeast mixture this should make a sticky dough, keep kneading for about 3 min and you should have a nice soft dough. Let the dough rise till it has doubled in size, then make small individual balls and roll them out to about 5 to 6 in in diameter. You will need some extra flour for dusting while you roll the pitas. Start laying them on a floured surface to prevent them from sticking, start cooking the rotis with the first one you had rolled out that way it will give it some time to rise a little, in a med hot pan put the rotis one by one on the frying pan, flip only twice, you can add a little olive oil to prevent it from drying out!

You know the fish is done when you see it white and the fillets are going to just start separating. You can use the fish of your choice!
