Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
Prepare Dough:
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ½ tsp
-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp
-Pani (Water) warm 1 Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Oil 2 tbs
-Pani (Water) warm ¼ Cup or as required
-Makhan (Butter) melted 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
Beef Filling:
-Beef qeema (Beef mince) 400 gms
-Tamatar (Tomato) finely chopped 1 large
-Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 2 tbs
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped ¼ Cup
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Sumac powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 tsp
-Kalay til (Black sesame seeds) to sprinkle
Cheese Filling:
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed to sprinkle
-Mixed herbs to sprinkle
-Kalonji (Nigella seeds) to sprinkle
Directions:
Prepare Dough:
-In small jug,add instant yeast,sugar,warm water and mix well,cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
-In all-purpose flour,add salt,oil and mix well.
-Now add yeast mixture and mix well.
-Gradually add warm water and knead until dough is formed,cover and let it rest for 2-3 hours.
-Grease your hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.Dough is ready!
-In bowl,add butter and egg,mix well & set aside.
Beef Filling:
-In bowl,add beef mince,tomato,onion,garlic,fresh coriander,cumin powder,black pepper powder,salt, sumac powder and red chili crushed,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
-On working surface,sprinkle flour and knead dough again.
-Cut the dough into pieces,sprinkle flour and roll out in oval shape with the help of rolling pin.
-On baking tray,sprinkle flour and place rolled dough.
-Add marinated beef mixture and spread evenly.
-Now fold the edges/sides to make a boat shape.
-Brush the edges/sides of the dough with egg+butter mixture and sprinkle black sesame seeds.
-Bake in preheated oven at 200 C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
-Once cool,cut into slices and serve.

-Thora thora ker ka neem garam pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 2-3 hours kliya rakh dein.
-Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.Dough tayyar hai.
-Bowl mein makhan aur anda dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.

-Cocoa powder ½ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup

Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Cake:
-In hot water,add instant coffee,mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,place sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda,salt & sift together.
-Add caster sugar & mix well.
-Add eggs,milk,cooking oil,vinegar,vanilla essence & beat until well combined.
-Now add dissolved coffee,beat well & set aside.
-Grease 8†round pan with butter & line with butter paper.
-Pour the batter in greased baking pan & bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 40 minutes.
-Take out cake pan from oven and let it cool down.
Prepare Chocolate Syrup:
-In a small jug,add cocoa powder,caster sugar,hot water,whisk well & set aside.
Prepare Chocolate Frosting:
-Place a bowl on double boiler & add semisweet chocolate,whipping cream & whisk well until smooth.
-Add vanilla essence,cocoa powder & whisk until well combined.
-Let it cool,cover & refrigerate for 1 hour.
-Place the bowl on ice bath & beat until soft peaks form (approx. 10 minutes) then transfer to a piping bag.
-Remove cake from baking pan and with the help of the cake knife,horizontally cut three layers of cake.
-Place first layer of cake on cake strand,apply prepared chocolate syrup with the help of brush.
-Now add & spread prepared chocolate frosting with the help of spatula.
-Place another layer of cake and apply prepared chocolate syrup with the help of brush.
-Now spread prepared chocolate frosting & repeat the same process for top layer of cake and cover the sides of the cake with frosting.
-Decorate & chilled until serve!

Ing:

1/2 cup Canola Oil
You can mix these two ingredients together and keep it aside.
2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Black Pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Lemon Pepper
2 tbsp dried Parsley flakes
2 tbsp sumac (Optional)
2 tbsp Paprika
5 tbsp Canola Oil
1/4 cup Canola Oil for brushing on top of the chicken
Method:
Put all the spices in a bowl or plate and add the oil in it and mix it really well to make sure all the spices are incorporated well. In the bowl that has the chicken add 1/2 cup of canola oil and the spices and mix it really well. Get in there with your hands and rub the spices in the chicken really well, let the mixture marinate for about 1/2 hour or overnight. Take some saran wrap and place the chicken pieces on the saran wrap than cover with another piece of saran wrap and pound it with anything you have I used a lemon squeezer for this) At this time it would be great to get your grill hot. Brush the thin chicken pieces with oil and place them on the grill, turn and cook the other side and give it a splash of fresh lemon juice!!

11/2 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp ghee or soft butter
1 egg
pinch of walt
warm milk to bind a soft dough
Let the dough rise for about 20 minutes and prepare the filling
2 cups shredded meat
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin
3 to 4 curry leaves
1 tbsp lemon pepper
1 tsp gharam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 egg for eggwash
For the filling add 2 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan when warm add the mustard seeds pop, next add the cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric, gharam masala, lemon pepper, and tomato paste stir and let the tomato paste cook with all the spices, season the mixture with salt that suits your taste lastly add the shredded meat mixture and let cook, if the mixture seems dry add about 2 tbsp water so the meat absorbs all the seasoning. Let cool than follow the video directions to roll and stuff the meat buns! put it in a lined tray sprayed with some shortening and brush it with egg wash and put it in the oven for approximately 18 minutes or until nice and golden, serve with tamarind chutney..

How to make homemade hard-candy lollipops using a candy mold, a cornstarch mold and no mold at all :)
2 cups white granulated sugar (200g)
2/3 cups corn syrup (160 ml)
1/4 cup water (60 ml)
flavouring (like almond, lemon, orange extracts) or candy oils. I used 1 tsp (5ml)
food colour if desired
Combine sugar, corn syrup, water, flavouring and food colouring in a large saucepan. Heat over high heat, stirring constantly until mixture starts to boil. After the mixture boils, stop stirring and reduce heat slightly keeping the mixture at a vigorous boil. You can use a pastry brush dipped in cold water to wipe down the sides of the saucepan to dissolve sugar crystals. This is supposed to help sudden crystallization of the sugar mixture, but this has never happened to me in all the years I have been making candy.
Cook the candy until it reaches a temperature of 310 F (154 C). If you are making free-form lollipops, place the hot saucepan into an ice bath to cool it down. Let sit about 20 seconds. Swirl pan 2 minutes more to cool.
Pour syrup into another container with a spout if desired. Working quickly, pour syrup onto baking sheets covered with silicone mat or parchment paper, forming circles and spacing circles about 3 inches apart. Press a lollipop stick into each circle. Add sprinkles to lollipops if desired, pressing them into the candy (carefully) with fingers or wooden skewer.
Here is an excellent tutorial on how to make many small candies using the cornstarch method.
NOTES:
This candy will become sticky at room temperature very quickly especially in a humid room/climate. I find that if you put the in the refrigerator (not freezer) UNCOVERED they will stay dry.
I mention in the video that I added the colour at the beginning and that this was okay, after reading a little about this I have found the following on this website:

The reason is that trace amounts of acid in food colors tend to \"invert\" the sucrose, a side-effect of which is to soften it, making the end result sticky. I recommend adding the colour after the syrup reaches 275F and maybe that will help with the stickiness.
Corn starch molds:
Sifting the corn starch into the container may help achieving a smooth mold, also properly smoothing the top will help too.

Turkish Borek Phyllo dough is very easy to find in Turkey but here we prepared it by ourselves so that the ones that can not find it in their country can also have börek in their homes! In this video, you will learn how to make börek with minced meat as well. It is not a very easy recipe but its totally worthy.Start by transfering the oil into a big pot Add the minced onion, cook for 2-3 minutes with the lid on Add the ground beef to the onions roasted When the beef is cooked, add salt,black pepper and red pepper flakes To start preparing the phyllo doughs, transfer the flour into a large bowl Add the salt in Start kneading while you slowly add water The dough should be medium hard Cover it and leave for at least half an hour Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces Take them out only when you need, so it doesn\'t get dry Roll the dough untill very thin Place it into a greased oven tray (With a round tray it is easier) On the other side, for the sauce ...beat an egg Add two tbs.
