The European Union\'s Justice Commissioner says time is ripe for a QUOTE strong and united stand on data protection against US surveillance operations.
Viviane Reding called on European states to adopt a data protection law for facing the US as a strong and united entity. This comes amid new reports that the US has been spying on its European allies. Germany has summoned the US ambassador to Berlin over reports that Washington had monitored German Chancellor Angela Merkel\'s cell phone. Merkel herself has called the U-S president to demand immediate clarification. She\'s also set to discuss Washington\'s snooping in Europe with French President Francois Hollande during a two-day EU summit in Brussels. The White House says Obama has assured Merkel that her cell is not being tapped.

Probes into the HISTORIC nature of Obama-s victory. Describes the Hawkish background of his cabinet members. Their trip comes amid India's concern over Barack Obama, the US president's new strategy towards Afghanistan and Pakistan, which it fears is biased towards Pakistan.

The war of intervention in Libya is yet another American illegal adventure, argues Keith Harmon Snow, an independent war correspondent. The objective, he says, secured access to Libya's significant oil supply, other mineral resources and defense testing. He says the argument of humanitarianism and stopping a "warlord" was a absolute nonsense. If that argument were true, he contends, there are far more brutal war criminals in African countries the US could have chosen to target.

US President Barack Obama's choice for a top intelligence post has been described as the "wrong guy for the job" who has made statements against Israel that are "way over the top". That is the view of New York Democratic Senator, Charles Schumer, about Charles Freeman. Freeman had been Obama's pick to head the US National Intelligence Council. The Council oversees US spy agencies. Freeman has now withdrawn. It is the latest embarrassment for a president struggling to staff his new administration.

US President Barack Obama is ending his fifth year in office matching the worst public approval ratings of his presidency. A new poll shows that Obama\'s approval rating has hit a new record low.
The poll, conducted by ABC News and the Washington Post, shows that just 43 percent of US citizens currently approve the president\'s job performance down 11 points from this time last year. The poll has put the US president\'s disapproval at 55 percent up from 42 percent last year. That\'s the highest unpopularity mark in Obama\'s presidency so far. Political analysts say the US president\'s controversial healthcare law, known as the Obamacare, and his weak national security strategies are some of the main reasons for his waning popularity

The barbaric and utterly savage murdering spree of Daesh/ISIS was brought to an end not by the American coalition, but rather it was brought to an end by the efforts of the Islamic Republic and at the forefront was Shaheed Haj Qasem Soleimani (R).
What did Shaheed Haj Qasem announce from the heart of the chaos in West Asia regarding the current and future plots of the enemy?
And why was Daesh/ISIS established in the first place; what was it\'s fundamental target?
What would have happened to the holy and sacred sanctuaries and shrines of the Muslim Ummah if it weren\'t for the sacrifices made by \"The Defenders of the Shrines\"?
If American president, Barack Obama had said that the American military\'s occupation and presence in Iraq was in order to bring stability and security, why didn\'t the Americans take a single step to protect Iraq from Daesh/ISIS?
Finally, what would have happened to the Muslim Ummah if it weren\'t for the resistance, steadfastness, and determination of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and Shaheed Haj Qasem Soleimani?
The two heroes of the Islamic Ummah, Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei and Shaheed Haj Qasem Soleimani put all the details on the table.
