Welcome to the Islamic Pulse Talk Show.
The whole world has seen how the resistance of the Palestinian people is the reason why they have survived the 70 plus year genocidal onslaught of the Zionists and their belligerent global supporters.
Therefore we wanted to discuss in this episode the \\\\\\\"Islamic Resistance Against Zionism\\\\\\\".
What is an interesting verse of the holy Qur\\\\\\\'an which alludes to resistance?
And what does it mean that \\\\\\\'resistance is a necessity\\\\\\\'?
And when does \\\\\\\'resistance\\\\\\\' become an ideology?
What is the difference between when resistance is merely a necessity and when resistance becomes an ideology?
How is the aforementioned discussion applicable to the issue of Palestine?
And what fundamental role does the Islamic Republic of Iran play in our discussion?
What is the role of America and the antiquated colonial powers in our discussion?
What would a world without resistance look like; and would anyone want to live in such a world?
Is this concept of \\\\\\\'resistance\\\\\\\' merely limited to Shias or Muslims, or is it much larger in scope; perhaps even global?
How have the tides turned when it comes to winning the social media battle?
And what can we do in order to spread the ideology of divine resistance across the world in order to attain the utopian peace which humanity is searching for?
And ultimately, who will win the battle between the Zionists and the Palestinians; will it be the power of weapons or the sheer will of resistance?
In order to answer these questions and more, we decided to humbly invite Shaykh Abdul-Majeed in order to talk about the \\\\\\\"Islamic Resistance Against Zionism\\\\\\\".
And remember, \\\\\\\'Resistance Is Justified, When People Are Occupied\\\\\\\'.

[5] Imam Ali Responds to Mua'wiyah's Threat of War | Sheikh Azhar Nasser | English

You have said that I was dragged like a camel with a nose string to swear allegiance (to Abu Bakr at Saqifah). By the Eternal Allah, you had intended to revile me but you have praised me, and to humiliate me but have yourself been humiliated. What humiliation does it mean for a Muslim to be the victim of oppression so long as he does not entertain any doubt in his religion, nor any misgiving in his firm belief! This argument of mine is intended for others, but I have stated it to you only in so far as it was appropriate.
Then you have recalled my position vis-a- vis \'Uthman, and in this matter an answer is due to you because of your kinship with him. So (now tell me), which of us was more inimical towards \'Uthman and who did more to bring about his killing; or who offered him his support but he made him sit down and stopped him; or who was he whom he called for help but who turned his face from him and drew his death near him till his fate over took him? No, no; by Allah:
Indeed knoweth Allah those who hinder others among you and those who say unto their brethren \"Come hitherunto us\", and they come not to fight but a little. (Qur\'an 33:18)
I am not going to offer my excuse for reproving him for (some of) his innovations, for if my good counsel and guidance to him was a sin then very often a person who is blamed has no sin and “sometimes the only reward a counseller 4 reaps is suspicion (of evil)”.
I desired naught but reform what I am able to (do); and my guidance is not but with Allah; On Him (alone) do I rely, and unto Him (alone) do I turn. (Qur\'an, 11:88)
You have mentioned that for me and for my followers you have only the sword. This makes even a weeping person laugh. Did you ever see the descendants of \'Abd al-Muttalib running away from battle, or being frightened by swords? \"Wait a little till Hamal 5 joins the battle\" shortly, then he whom you are seeking will seek you and he whom you think to be far away will approach near you. I am (shortly) speeding towards you with a force of Muhajirun and Ansar and those who follow them in virtue. Their number will be great and their dust will spread all round. They will be wearing their shrouds and their most coveted desire is to meet Allah. They will be accompanied by the descendants of those who took part in the battle of Badr, and they will have Hashimite swords whose cut you have already seen in the case of your brother, maternal uncle, your grandfather and your kinsmen.
Nor are they far distant from the unjust ones. (Qur\'an, 11:83)

Salutations to all the believers, wherever you are, upon the auspicious occasion that happened on the 27th of Rajab!
Yet, \"What Happened on the 27th of Rajab\"?
And what is this day celebrated as across the world, both by Sunnis and Shias?
What happened on this night, when taking into consideration the revelation of the holy Quran?
At what age, in what cave, and on what mountain did the Messenger of Allah (S) receive the first revelation of the holy Quran by the Almighty Allah?
What is the current condition of Islam?
Can the burning of the holy Quran and disrespecting the sanctities of Islam prevent the spread and growth of Islam?
And with all this information at hand, what is our advice to all the non-Muslims out there, wherever you are?
Sayyid Shahryar\'s back again in another One Minute Wisdom, as we all celebrate one of the greatest points in humanity\'s history, an event that occurred on the 27th of Rajab.
And remember, we welcome with open arms, all those that want to be welcomed.

- Before the battle of Badr there was an abundance of poverty
- Allah discusses the mental health of the people
- In traditions there aren\'t a lot of of optimists and realists
- The Prophet was an \'Optimistic Realist\'
- Allah tells the prophet (to console him) that though he lost 2 sons, he will gain something better in the progeny through Fatima (of the 14 Masumeens)
- Allah says if you suffer grief, connect with him
- Spread optimism and surely joy shall come to your heart
- Try to see the best of people and their circumstances
- Bibi Fatima showed optimism even in her last days
- The Quality that made the prophet Unique was that he was the most optimistic

Tune in and share widely a beautiful recitation of world renowned reciter Mulla Nazar al Qatari
@Nazar Al Qatari | نزار القطري
#husayn #karbala
With English Subtitles
-----------------------------------------------------------
Translation:
I swear by God who spread out the earth and created the heavens
And by the revelation and signs Gabriel brought
I call out with nobility until the Day of Resurrection
That I shall die with dignity and not humiliation, never!
If the bloodthirsty blade should sever my head
If the sword drawn for battle should cut out my liver
If they send a three-pronged arrow instead of water to my fresh flower
If through my brother\'s pain the enemy should break my back
Murdered by tears, taken prisoner by hardships
Will you write my sorrows in Karbala with mere pen and ink?
Never! Grief can only be written in flowing tears
If my enemy surrounds me and shoots me with arrows
If my head, shoulders, and body must bear the strikes of swords
If a stone should strike my brow and cover my luminous face in blood
If instead of water, my cruel enemy gives fire
If I die a hundred times from my son’s burning fever
They wronged me, killed me, and forgot who I am
Until I lived in a world of grief and suffering
All the sorrows of the world have gathered here
By God, who willed me to suffer a hundred cuts
Two hundred spears and swords did not hurt my body
I will never take the hand of my oppressors or accept humiliation
Even if they bring all the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth to fight me
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)
I did not break my pledge to worship God alone
I swear, I never worshipped anyone but God
I swear, I am the son of the Lion of God and the son of Fatima
An Arab, an Alid, from the line of the Quraysh, of the tree
The son of a veteran of Uhud and Badr, a son of Fatima, of the moon
I gave my everything, my seventy-two companions gave their lives
It is I with crimson face
It is I with blood gushing from my throat
It is I with thirst like a dagger
It is I with the grief of the youth
It is I in the dust of the desert
It is I beneath the horses\' hooves
I am beloved to God who guides
But in Karbala I am alone, stripped, and covered in dust
Strange that I should taste death while I am thirsty
Who is there to protect me, my beard dyed with blood?
I am here with severed veins and shredded heart
I am here with my little child, my thirsty infant
I am here with my imprisoned daughter
I am here with the Ever-Living, the Eternal One
Does anyone worship the Lord above as I do?
For I am the niche of the one for whom the blade came while he was in prayer
When my child was slain and by family taken captive, when my neck was cut
When I was slain thirsty beside the river’s waters
I am here with many wounds, I am here with the verses of the Qur’an
I am here with the parched tongues, I am here with the tips of the arrows
Let all come and see our stand, our nobility, and our dignity
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)
Here all can see what became of me
Would the Prophet, the best of humankind
Be pleased by these claws tearing into Husayn?
By God, by the Messenger, by Ali son of Abi Talib, and by Zahra the Pure
And my brother Hasan al-Mujtaba, the paragon of virtue
My brother, how do you feel seeing the horses trample my chest?
And my seventy-two companions, my Habib, my Zuhayr, and my Tirmah
my John and Wahb, all of pure heart
By the dignity, the nobility, the sternness of Abbas
By Uthman and by Ja’far, by the two martyrs of Aqil
By the pure hearts of Abdallah and Qasim
By Ali Akbar and his pain, by Ali Asghar and his blood
The full moon beats its chest with both hands from grief
Shedding tears that flow like silver, crying out in lament
Broken-hearted, O my support, O my aspiration, O my beloved, O Husayn!
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)
By the jasmine of Medina, by Ruqayya, by Sakina
By Zaynab’s stricken heart and her two martyred sons
By the dry lips of my little children
By the weary body of my beloved son Sajjad
I shall never flee from these oppressors
Nor shall I give allegiance or make peace with tyrants
My head is upon the spearhead in the way of God, speaking with the Beloved
I will bear the slings and arrows, for I swear I see nothing but God
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)
By the Arab Prophet, the Messenger of Medina
And by his brother, the Lion of God called Ali
By Zahra the pure, by the mother of her father
And by his grandsons, his lion cubs, they are the scions of purity
By al-Sajjad, by al-Baqir, and by al-Sadiq, truly!
And by Musa, and Ali, and Taqi, and Naqi
And by the one imprisoned in Samarra and by God’s Authority who will rise up with the truth
Who will strike out with the sword to rule for eternity
And by Muhammad and Muhammad and by Ali and Ali
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)

Why should we be extremely careful of our words and actions; especially as Muslims?
And as Muslims, is it only our words that carry a message or do our actions and activities also have an effect?
And what – according to the Leader of the Muslim Ummah – is the most important message that needs to be sent to the enemy front in the present-day?
Furthermore, what is the duty of the youth in the present-day?
And finally, what does the enemy need to know about the Iranian people and the youth?
Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei addresses the youth and advises them to be more careful and aware of their words and actions, as his eminence tells us all to \"Spread The Message of Power and Resistance\".

Our condolences to all the believers, all across the world, wherever they are, upon the holy months of Muharram and Safar.
This year, countless millions across the world once again proudly commemorated the mission of Imam Husayn ibn Ali (A) and most eagerly mourned over the martyrdom of Imam Husayn (A), and his family members and companions who accompanied his eminence into the divine hands of martyrdom as they stood up for Truth and Justice against the overwhelming forces of evil and falsehood.
And this year, once again, millions of people will gather around the pivot of Imam Husayn (A) on the Day of Arbaeen, commemorating the 40th day after his martyrdom.
What is the state of the world in the present-day where the global Taghut powers are in control?
And what kinds of evils and vices are being spread across the globe by the global Taghut powers?
What is the solution when it comes to all these different moral and ethical plagues that are engulfing the world?
And finally, what are three ways tin which he enemy wants to hijack and misguide the commemoration of the martyrdom and the Azaadari of Imam Husayn (A)?
In this Scholar Clip, Shaykh Ali Qomi explains the \\\"Three Traps of the Enemy\\\" and how we must steer clear from them if we are to succeed gong into the future as we save humanity from the clutches of evil and falsehood.
Salutations be upon Husayn!
Salutations be upon Ali ibne Husayn!

What did Imam Husayn (A), Imam Sajjad (A), and lady Zaynab (A) use the tragedy of Karbala for; what did they spread via the tragedy of Karbala?
What is a famous tradition from the Messenger of Allah (S) which tells the Muslims what they need if they are to forever remain rightly guided?
Why did Yazeed not want Imam Sajjad (A) to give a speech, when the Imam (A) was brought to the court of Yazeed as a captive?
How is this instance relative to the present-day?
And how does the Saud tribe relate to the same aforementioned instance?
Why are the so-called super powers of the world remain silent in the face of humanitarian rights abuses by countries that are subservient to them?
What are Imam Khomeini and Imam Khamenei manifestations of?
Why did Imam Husayn (A) rise up and what does the love for Allah have to do with this?
And what is the connection between the true love of Allah and our actions?
Finally, what are some of the reasons that we live in all too imperfect and chaotic world, and what can we do about it?
In order to answer these questions and more, we humbly invited Shaykh Mustafa Samari from the Federal Republic of Nigeria to speak to us about and ask us that when it comes to the sacrifice of Imam Husayn (A), his companions, his relatives, and his family members, \\\"Was It For The Love of Allah?\\\"
Salutations be upon Husayn!

Yet, what are some qualities that should be in a leader, and more so in the leader of the Muslim Ummah and a leader of the Muslims?
And in this context, what did Yazid ibn Mua\\\\\\\'wiya represent who wanted to be the leader of the Muslim Ummah?
And when Imam Husayn (A) rejected the notion that one like Yazeed should be allowed to become the leader of the Muslim Ummah, what did Yazeed end up doing?
Even in the present-day, what happens when a certain people in so-called democracies don\\\\\\\'t vote with the majority; a tactic of ostracization that was a part of the Umayyad Dynasty\\\\\\\'s policies?
And in contrast to this tyrannical policy, what was the policy of the Ahl al-Bayt (A)?
Case in point, did Imam Ali (A) oppress, ostracize, or kill those people who stubbornly and foolishly resisted in paying allegiance to him?
How did Imam Ali (A) react when a person from the Khawarij called him a Kafir?
Another case in point, did Imam Husayn (A) take revenge upon the people of Kufa after he found out that they had betrayed him?
When Imam Husayn (A) and his caravan had water, and the enemy\\\\\\\'s ranks didn\\\\\\\'t have water, how did Imam Husayn (A) behave?
And likewise, how is this event similar to the event that unfolded in the battle of Siffin during Imam Ali\\\\\\\'s time?
And what segment of the population is most affected by sanctions, such as the illegal and inhumane sanctions of America against the Islamic Republic of Iran?
As a Shia and follower of Imam Husayn (A) to what borders must we spread the message and mission of Imam Husayn (A?
What did the tragedy of Karbala become a means for throughout the many centuries that have passed since the event of Karbala?
What was the condition of mass propaganda used by the Umayyad Dynasty in order to misguide the people and how is it applicable to the present-day?
Finally, what is the responsibility of every single one of us, including Islamic Pulse, when it comes to the propagation of the message and mission of Imam Husayn (A) in the present-day and how is media and Jihad al-Tabyiin related to this?
In order to answer these questions and more, we humbly invited Shaykh Mustafa Samari from the Federal Republic of Nigeria to speak to us about and ask us \\\\\\\"Will You Vote For A Yazeed?\\\\\\\"

What was the state and condition of the world of Islam when Imam Husayn (A) rose up and entered the battlefield?
And why was it a crime for a Muslim to be a supporter and lover of the strongest pillar of Islam – Imam Ali (A)?
Besides, what was the character like of the person who had illegitimately taken over the Caliphate of the Muslims?
And what was the biggest spiritual calamity for Islam during that period?
Furthermore, how is the movement of Imam Husayn (A) still relevant in today’s day and age, and what is the Jihad of our time?
And, what is our responsibility in today’s times if we see – once again – that the pulpit of the Holy Prophet (S) is being used to spread corruption and create deviation in Islam?
Moreover, what is the true meaning of commemorating the mourning of Imam Husayn (A)?
And to conclude, what do the pages of history tell us about the end of those people who see the religion of Islam in danger and do not follow the lead of Imam Husayn (A) and stand up to defend it?
The Leader of the Islamic Revolution – Imam Sayyid Ali Khamenei – explains the conditions of the time when Imam Husayn (A) rose against injustice and sheds light on the Jihad of today and our responsibility in the current times.

Is the entire message of Karbala and Imam Husayn (A) limited to tears and mourning?
Will the heat and fire regarding Imam Husayn (A), ever subside in the hearts of the believers?
And what can this heat and fire be described as?
What does it mean when we say that we want to spread the message of Imam Husayn (A)?
And is it the whole purpose of Karbala that the whole world merely mourns over the tragedy that Imam Husayn (A) faced?
What are some of the fundamental components of the movement of Imam Husayn (A)?
What does Imam Khomeini (R) say about the tears that are shed for Imam Husayn (A)?
Did Imam Husayn (A) force anyone to join him in Karbala?
And how does the Qur\\\'anic story of Prophet Abraham and Prophet Ismaeel relate to the above question?
Finally, how is the statement of Qasim ibn Hasan and the 8-year Sacred Defense of the Islamic Revolution relevant to the idea of nurturing and educating the youth regarding the mission and movement of Imam Husayn (A)?
In order to answer these questions and more, we invited Shaykh Muzaffer Hyder from the United Kingdom to answer for us, \\\"Can Death Really Be Sweeter Than Honey?\\\"
Salutations be upon Husayn!
Salutations be upon Ali ibne Husayn!
Salutations be upon the children of Husayn!
Salutations be upon the companions of Husayn!

Just over 50 years of the death of Muhammad (the last Prophet of Islam), the Muslim rulership was sliding into corruption under the tyrant Yazid, from the Ummayad family.
Hussain the son of Ali and the grandson of Muhammad took a stand against Yazid’s evil rule. Whilst Yazid was feared and hated for his ruthlessness, Hussain was loved and respected by society. Yazid realised this, and understood that if he could convince Hussain to support him, the people would too.
Hussain had a choice. To support the tyrant and live a comfortable life full of luxury, or to refuse and likely be killed for his decision. What should he do? What would you or I do? For Hussain he could not live his life as a supporter of tyranny, and the choice for him was simple. Hussain refused. He said “I only desire to spread good values and prevent evil”
