So we've all heard the slogan "No Justice, No Peace", but what does Justice really mean. Well, we're digging up the Truth and talking about Justice on Sister Spade.
What is one of the most common concepts spoken of in the traditions of the holy Prophet (S) and the Ahlul Bayt (A)?
And what is obviously one of the main reasons for the establishment of a government by Imam al-Mahdi (A)?
What is one of the priorities of the government of Imam al-Mahdi (A)?
What are the inhabitants of the world if they don't live by justice?
What does the 7th divinely appointed Imam, Imam Musa ibn Ja'far al-Kadhim (A) say about verse number 17 of Suratul Hadeed in the holy Qur'an?
Finally, what can we do to prepare for Imam al-Mahdi (A) and bring our hearts back to life?
Sister Spade explains and answers these questions and more, based upon selections from the book, The Essence of Creation, 3rd edition, as she speaks about how "Without Justice, You're Just Walking Dead".
So if you're going to be walking alive above the ground, you better start doing it with Justice.

Is it possible that one can worship as much as the inhabitants of the Heavens and the earth, and still not be able to acquire the love for Allah?
Is it possible for one to wear the simplest of clothes, and eat the simplest of food for a whole lifetime, and yet, still not be able to acquire the love for Allah?
When considering the aforementioned questions, what is that one thing that will prevent us from acquiring the love for Allah in our hearts?
Finally, and quite shockingly, is it even possible that a situation may arise where \\\"Allah Will Snatch His Love From Your Heart\\\"?
The late Ayatollah Misbah-Yazdi (R) provides us with a short, but profound lesson on the basics of loving Allah.

Translation:
I swear by God who spread out the earth and created the heavens
And by the revelation and signs Gabriel brought
I call out with nobility until the Day of Resurrection
That I shall die with dignity and not humiliation, never!
If the bloodthirsty blade should sever my head
If the sword drawn for battle should cut out my liver
If they send a three-pronged arrow instead of water to my fresh flower
If through my brother\'s pain the enemy should break my back
Murdered by tears, taken prisoner by hardships
Will you write my sorrows in Karbala with mere pen and ink?
Never! Grief can only be written in flowing tears
If my enemy surrounds me and shoots me with arrows
If my head, shoulders, and body must bear the strikes of swords
If a stone should strike my brow and cover my luminous face in blood
If instead of water, my cruel enemy gives fire
If I die a hundred times from my son’s burning fever
They wronged me, killed me, and forgot who I am
Until I lived in a world of grief and suffering
All the sorrows of the world have gathered here
By God, who willed me to suffer a hundred cuts
Two hundred spears and swords did not hurt my body
I will never take the hand of my oppressors or accept humiliation
Even if they bring all the inhabitants of the heavens and the earth to fight me
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)
I did not break my pledge to worship God alone
I swear, I never worshipped anyone but God
I swear, I am the son of the Lion of God and the son of Fatima
An Arab, an Alid, from the line of the Quraysh, of the tree
The son of a veteran of Uhud and Badr, a son of Fatima, of the moon
I gave my everything, my seventy-two companions gave their lives
It is I with crimson face
It is I with blood gushing from my throat
It is I with thirst like a dagger
It is I with the grief of the youth
It is I in the dust of the desert
It is I beneath the horses\' hooves
I am beloved to God who guides
But in Karbala I am alone, stripped, and covered in dust
Strange that I should taste death while I am thirsty
Who is there to protect me, my beard dyed with blood?
I am here with severed veins and shredded heart
I am here with my little child, my thirsty infant
I am here with my imprisoned daughter
I am here with the Ever-Living, the Eternal One
Does anyone worship the Lord above as I do?
For I am the niche of the one for whom the blade came while he was in prayer
When my child was slain and by family taken captive, when my neck was cut
When I was slain thirsty beside the river’s waters
I am here with many wounds, I am here with the verses of the Qur’an
I am here with the parched tongues, I am here with the tips of the arrows
Let all come and see our stand, our nobility, and our dignity
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)
Here all can see what became of me
Would the Prophet, the best of humankind
Be pleased by these claws tearing into Husayn?
By God, by the Messenger, by Ali son of Abi Talib, and by Zahra the Pure
And my brother Hasan al-Mujtaba, the paragon of virtue
My brother, how do you feel seeing the horses trample my chest?
And my seventy-two companions, my Habib, my Zuhayr, and my Tirmah
my John and Wahb, all of pure heart
By the dignity, the nobility, the sternness of Abbas
By Uthman and by Ja’far, by the two martyrs of Aqil
By the pure hearts of Abdallah and Qasim
By Ali Akbar and his pain, by Ali Asghar and his blood
The full moon beats its chest with both hands from grief
Shedding tears that flow like silver, crying out in lament
Broken-hearted, O my support, O my aspiration, O my beloved, O Husayn!
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)
By the jasmine of Medina, by Ruqayya, by Sakina
By Zaynab’s stricken heart and her two martyred sons
By the dry lips of my little children
By the weary body of my beloved son Sajjad
I shall never flee from these oppressors
Nor shall I give allegiance or make peace with tyrants
My head is upon the spearhead in the way of God, speaking with the Beloved
I will bear the slings and arrows, for I swear I see nothing but God
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)
By the Arab Prophet, the Messenger of Medina
And by his brother, the Lion of God called Ali
By Zahra the pure, by the mother of her father
And by his grandsons, his lion cubs, they are the scions of purity
By al-Sajjad, by al-Baqir, and by al-Sadiq, truly!
And by Musa, and Ali, and Taqi, and Naqi
And by the one imprisoned in Samarra and by God’s Authority who will rise up with the truth
Who will strike out with the sword to rule for eternity
And by Muhammad and Muhammad and by Ali and Ali
(Husayn, my life, how you were wronged…)

Many authentic sources say that Imam Baqir (a.s.) has said that Allah has never left the earth without an Imam who adds what has been diminished (by wrongdoers) and what has been wrongly added in the religion. Had He not done so, people would certainly remain in doubt all the time. Sulaiman Ja’fari once asked Imam Ridha (a.s.): Can the earth ever remain without a Hujjat? He replied: If it remains without an Imam ever for a split second it would certainly sink along with its inhabitants.

Nardaran is a settlement and municipality on the Abşeron Peninsula in Baku, Azerbaijan. It has a population of 8,300.
Located 25 kilometers northeast of central Baku, it is politically part of the Baku city-subdivision and treated as a suburb. Unlike the rest of the country which is staunchly secular and which is considered religiously progressive, Nardaran is a lone center of conservative Shi\\\'a Islam in Azerbaijan.
Nardaran\\\'s name come from Persian: Nar (Pomegranate)نار +Daran (trees) داران\\\"Place with Pomegranate trees\\\".
The town is the site of an early-14th century castle, featuring a round tower approximately 12.5 meters high. During Soviet rule, the town was known as a center for growing flowers. Since Azerbaijan\\\'s independence, the economy has dwindled and the town is reputed for its caviar poachers.[2]
Nardaran is the only place in the whole of Azerbaijan where its inhabitants are devoutly religious and conservative, where its streets display religious banners and where most women wear chadors in public. The town is home to a madrassah as well as the Rehime Khanim Mosque, a large Shia mosque built in the late 1990s over the tomb of Rahima Khanim, the sister of Imam Reza. The now banned Islamic Party of Azerbaijan was founded in this town and its base was centered there. Nardaran has been the site of strong protests and unrest, notable riots in June 2002 over what protesters deemed inadequate living standards and another in January 2006 which resulted in the deaths of three people.[3] Ironically Nardaran is possibly one the poorest places in Azerbaijan, while it is so close to the richest place in Azerbaijan, Baku.

[09 June 2012] Outrage over detention without trial of Palestinians by Israel - Remember Palestine - English
Bruce Kent a veteran anti-war activist has made an appeal for Palestinians under repression and imprisonment. He says what is going on today in Palestine is really shocking: Any map of the Wall and the ever expanding West Bank settlements makes it perfectly clear what the ultimate aim is - the occupation by Israel of all of traditional Palestine with the inhabitants leaving, living in Bantustans or reduced to second class citizen status in one Zionist country. As more than 4,000 hunger strikers resistance continues, in this edition of the show we take an in-depth look at their plight and the imprisonment without trial that has led to their large-scale protest recently.

Sabbarin is a former Palestinian Arab village located 28 kilometers south of Haifa. According to the 1931 census of Palestine, the village had a population of 1,108 inhabitants and the village's lands spanned 25,307 dunams.
* 1948, and aftermath:
Sabbarin was captured by Israeli forces on May 12, 1948 during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War in Operation Coastal Clearing. It was defended by a local militia and possibly the Arab Liberation Army. According to Benny Morris, the IZL (Irgun) encountered resistance there and the majority of the villagers fled after 20 of them were killed in a firefight, with an IZL armoured car firing on the villagers as they fled. More than one hundred people, including the elderly, women, and children, who had not fled were held behind barbed wire for a few days before being expelled to nearby Umm al-Fahm. Others who had fled earlier ended up in refugee camps in the Jenin area.
Sabbarin was described as a "large" village with about 600 inhabitants, who cultivated 55 faddans (1 faddan =100-250 dunums) of land.
An IZL officer recounted how during a search of the column of refugees, a pistol and a rifle were found. Seven men were detained and were asked who the weapons belonged to. After they refused to answer, the IZL men threatened them with death. After still refusing to answer, the IZL men carried out a "field court martial," sentenced the seven to death, and thereafter executed them on the spot.

Short Biography of Hadrat Fatima Masoumah (A.S.)
The name of this divine lady was Fatima and her nickname was Masoumah. Her father was Imam Musa al-Kazim (A.S.), the seventh Imam of the Shi'ites and her mother was named Najma Khatun who was also the mother of Imam Reza (A.S.), the eighth Shi'ite Imam.
She was born on first day of the month of Zee al-Qa'adah in the year 173 A.H./789 A.D., in the holy city of Madinah Munawwarah. Her holy father was martyred in the Baghdad prison at the hands of the Abbasid caliph Harun al-Rashid after undergoing long term of imprisonment and tortures. After the martyrdom of her holy father she came under the care of Imam Reza (A.S.), her elder brother.
In the year 200 A.H./815 A.D, Imam Reza (A.S.) was forced to leave Madinah Munawwarah by the orders of Mamun, the Abbasid caliph. Imam Reza (A.S.) came alone to Marv (Khurasan) and did not accompany any of his family members.
In the year 201 A.H./816 A.D., Hadrat Fatimah Masoumah (A.S.) accompanied by her brothers and other elders from the Ahlul Bayt (A.S.) left Madinah Munawwarah for Marv (Khurasan) to meet Imam Reza (A.S.). On their way they were welcomed and greeted by the people of the different cities and villages.
Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.) like her noble aunt Hadrat Zainab (A.S.) delivered the message of innocence of her brother Imam Reza (A.S) and revealed the evil intentions of the Abbasid caliph to the public. When the caravan reached Saveh a group of armed men who were deputed by Mamun, the Abbasid caliph, savagely attacked them and all the brothers of Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.) were martyred and according to some historical reports she was poisoned and became severely ill.
Due to her ill health she was unable to continue her journey towards Khurasan and decided to go towards Qum which is near Saveh. Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.) narrated while going towards Qum that her father, Imam Musa al-Kazim (A.S.) has said that city of Qum is the centre of the Shi'ites.
The inhabitants of Qum who were Shi'ites became very happy that Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.) is visiting their city and they gave warm welcome to her. Musa bin Khajraj, the doyen of Ashari family in Qum took the rein of the she-camel litter in his hand in which Hadrat Masoumah (A.S) was travelling and large number of people gathered around the she-camel litter. Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.) entered the city of Qum on 23rd Rabi al-Awwal, in the year 201 A.H./816 A.D.
She then resided in the house of Musa bin Khajraj in the locality which is now called as "Maidan Mir".
She remained alive only for 17 days because she was poisoned in Saveh. But even in this condition she spent most of her time in praying and supplicating to Allah (SWT).
The place of her stay and worship in Qum is now situated in the Madrasa Sittiyah and is known as "Bait al-Nur" and is a place of ziyarah for the Shi'ites.
She passed away on 10th Rabi al-Thani, in the year 201 A.H./816 A.D., and she could not meet her elder brother before death. The Shi'ites in Qum greatly mourned her death and she was buried in a place called Bagh-i Babelan, which at that time was located outside the city. When the grave was ready there arose a difference that who should keep the body of Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.) in the grave. It is reported that suddenly two men whose face were covered and riding the horses came to that place and performed the Salaat-e Mayyit ( the prayers for the dead person) and then one of them went in the grave and the other person gave the body of Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.) to that standing person in the grave who laid her to rest in the grave.
After the burial ceremony was over both those persons without talking to anybody sat on their horse and went away.
It is said that those two holy personalities who performed the burial ceremony for Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.) were Imam Reza (A.S.) and Imam Muhammad Taqi al-Jawad (A.S.). According to sacred rules the burial ceremony of an infallible has to be performed by another infallible person for example the burial ceremony of Hadrat Fatima Zahra (A.S.) was performed by Amir al-Muminin Imam Ali (A.S.).
After the burial of Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.), Musa bin Khajraj built a shed over the grave made out of mat. In the year 256 A.H./869 A.D., Hadrat Zainab (A.S.), the daughter of Imam Muhammad Taqi al-Jawad (A.S.) constructed a dome over the grave of her aunt Hadrat Masoumah (A.S.).
Since the burial of that divine lady of Islam in Qum, the holy grave of her have become a centre of ziyarah for the lovers of the Holy Ahlul Bayt (A.S.)

The biological weapons given to Saddam by the Western powers to fight the resilient Iranians were also used on the Kurds of the North. During the late stages of the Iran–Iraq War Saddam's proconsul Ali Hassan - aka Chemical Ali - is said to have used Mustard Gas, Sarin, Tabun, and VX against Kurdish targets. The first such attacks occurred as early as April 1987 and continued into 1988 culminating in the notorious attack on Halabja in which over 5000 people were killed. With Kurdish resistance continuing Ali Hassan decided to break the back of the rebellion by eradicating the civilian population of the Kurdish regions. His forces embarked on a systematic campaign of mass killings property destruction and forced population displacement in which thousands of Kurdish villages were razed and their inhabitants either killed or deported to the south of Iraq. KARBALA-------VOICE OF HUMAN JUSTICE
SPEECH OF HAZRAT IMAM HUSSAIN (A.S)
(At Mina during Hajj of 58 Hijri)
O Community of the powerful, you are the ones, who are blessed with knowledge, virtue and piety and your fear has been put into the hearts of people. Noble learns nobility from you and weak regards you respectable. Those who are equal in status to you, and you do not have any authority over them, also consider you above their position. You can help and support the people in matters where they become disappointed. You tread on the earth with the magnificence of the Kings and esteem of the sages. You have been bestowed with this respect and grandeur because you are expected to raise voice of truth in the way of Allah. So be prepared for the support of true religion although you ignore the reality and do not perform much of your rightful duties. You have belittled the rights of Al-e-Rasool and have completely placed the rights of the weak and the destitute into oblivion. You worry for the attainment of your rights alone. Neither you have spent money in the way of Allah nor have you endangered your life for Him. You have not even shown disdain to tyrants and usurpers of people's rights who indulge in vices publicly and yet you desire for heaven. You wish to stay there with Prophets and expect impunity from God's punishment. For the exclusive respect and status that you enjoy, I fear lest God should inflict punishment upon you as you are the people well aware of the pivotal position of social justice in human society. Although due to the grace of Almighty you are respectable among people but you have scant regard for those who fear God and are close to Him and his prophet. Don't you see that the blind, deaf and poor peasants have been reduced into waifs and strays and you are unmindful and unsympathetic? Your conduct is not befitting your authority nor do you value someone who responds to the call of duty towards the oppressed.
Owing to your laxity, you cooperate with the tyrants and lead your life in an indifferent manner. Allah the Great has enjoined upon you to avoid wrongs and guide the people as well. But you are oblivious of this divine command. This is also very alarming that you have failed to extend due respect to the scholars. I wish you had made some efforts in that regard.
Only those are entitled to run the affairs of the State who have complete knowledge of divine injunctions can differentiate between right (Halal) and wrong (Haram) and can provide justice to the community.
The position you had in that regard have been taken back because you have forsaken the right path and created disputes in the Sunnah of the Prophet which led to mutual differences and one group made life miserable for the other.
If you had shown forbearance upon miseries and borne the difficulties in the way of Allah with steadfastness and perseverance, then you could have been able to enforce justice in the society and transparency in the affairs of the state. But you have yourselves handed over the State of Allah to the oppressors so that they may add their analogies and dubious interpretations to the divine laws and use them as means for satisfying their avaricious intents. You are happy on this temporary life and want escape from death. This insensitivity of yours has left the Muslim Ummah at the mercy of these tyrants.
You have empowered the tyrants upon weak and they have turned the majority into slaves with lots of people losing their life as well. Why one should not express surprise rather one should delve deep into this amazing ocean, that the earth is ruled by the fraudulent, atrocious and unjust tax extracting rulers, who persecute the righteous people. Lord of the Universe is witness to it that even in these circumstances we are struggling for the cause of the oppressed and He on the Day of Judgment would do the justice among us as promised. Continuing speech he said; "Oh Allah Almighty you know that I did not utter anything for the acquisition of power or wealth. Nor I meant to engage into vanity or self exaltation. We only want to direct people towards your 'Deen' and make your settlements worth living for inhabitants so that peace and tranquility prevail among depressed and helpless people and all your injunctions are implemented". After that he addressed to the people: "O' people" if you did not support us and despite being aware of our lineage did not do justice to our rights, then tyrant and cruel rulers would be imposed upon you for ever who would extinguish the candle of "Deen-e-Mobeen" lit up by the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him).
The movement of Karbala was for the restoration of Human rights and enforcement of social justice irrespective of caste, color and creed. Come forward and join this great movement of human history so that a ray of hope could be generated for the oppressed of this world.

The coward soldier runs away from the palestinian child stones, thouh he holds in hands the best US weapons :)
Pappe, an Israeli historian and a senior lecturer at Haifa University, has written a superb account of the Israeli expulsion of the Palestinians from their land in 1948. He says that between 30 March and 15 May 1948, i.e. before any Arab government intervened, Israeli forces seized 200 villages and expelled 250,000 Palestinians. The Israeli leadership stated, "The principal objective of the operation is the destruction of Arab villages ... the eviction of the villagers." On 9 April, Israeli forces massacred 93 people, including 30 babies, at Deir Yassin. In Haifa, the Israeli commander ordered, "Kill any Arab you encounter."
Overall, the Zionist forces uprooted more than half Palestine's population, 800,000 people, destroyed 531 villages and emptied eleven urban neighbourhoods of their inhabitants. Pappe concludes that this was "a clear-cut case of an ethnic cleansing operation, regarded under international law today as a crime against humanity."
Casualties (figures in parenthesis indicate the total figure since the beginning of the intifada)
According to B'Tselem's research, from January to December 27, 2006, Israeli security forces killed 660 (4005) Palestinians in the Occupied Territories VS. 16 israeli civilians...
WHO IS THE TERRORIST??? Who killed 16 civilians or who killed 660 civilians??
